She was very polite, professional, and it appears her work ethics is outstanding. You guys offer so much under one roof. Its amazing! I most definitely will recommend others for services needed. I came here for an employment physical and decided to take my chances at walking in the evening and I was the only person there. Service was thorough, quick and easy. The Nurse appeared to know what she was doing and was patient being that I had my daughter with me.

Nurse greeted me with a warm welcoming good morning smile, Building was nice and clean, process was fast and easy. I give this location 10000 stars if I could.

Took my oldest in for a sports physical yesterday and we had a great experience. I wish that I had gotten the ladys name because she was really the reason why we had a positive experience. I believe that she said that she is the regional manager. We were a walk-in for the physical and she was the only one there so, sure we had to wait a little bit. But she made sure to keep everyone socially distanced and keep us updated and comfortable. She was charming and funny. Which definitely makes a boring required sports physical more fun. If we need any more of their services we would definitely go back.

I made an appointment for a respiratory N-95 fit test. They charged me $55, but the equipment malfunctioned. The technician states I will get a refund. It has been a week and I have yet to see my $55 back. Therefore, I am very unhappy and I will stay away as well as tell everyone I know that this is a terrible place.

If I could put a negative star rating on this I would. I went in yesterday to get fingerprints done and I was asked if I breast feed. Which clearly does not pertain to why I was there nor did the conversation prior lead to this question to be asked. When I called this afternoon I was informed that the person who asked me this not only was an employee but a MANAGER! The manager by the name of Darnell, or DJ, apologized only after I called for the corporation number and then stated it was because your shirt/ bra strap was down. I got his bosses number and spoke to her. She then conference called her boss, who I spoke with and explained the situation. After this conversation she told me that she would call me back after she and spoke with said employee about the incident. When she called me back I asked her what had been done to rectify and ensure this doesnt happen again. I was informed she said that she instructed him Dont use the word breast next time and that he had been through trainings about the company policy and procedures prior to hiring. There has been and will be no further action, or even retraining on sexual harassment procedures, or disciplinary action that is being done.I would not recommend ANYONE go to this location.

Kay at wellnessmart is such a sweet and caring person! I had to make several trips trying to get the right identification and I was very frustrated (at myself). Kay made my day so much better and made the process bearable! She is amazing!

Please don’t go here if you need to have blood drawn for any type of test. Neither of the people who work here know how to draw blood. Ended up being referred somewhere else after they poked me 5 times and got nothing. One of the ladies even stuck me in my wrist to try to get blood. After talking with the phlebotomist at the different location who got my blood in one stick, you aren’t even supposed to stick people on their wrist. I’ve had blood work done so much and have never had a problem. I’m giving 2 stars because the lady was SO nice. But I wish she would’ve been upfront about not knowing how to take blood. And for that, I won’t be back and warn other people about coming here for blood draws.

Came in for walk in appointment for 11 and although I wasn’t able to be helped Mykaya was very helpful with getting me the information I needed and sending me in the right direction.

I went to get a physical, I usually go to Patient First but someone recommended this place. This is the worst physical I’ve ever had. They lady didn’t know what she was doing. I don’t think she even had the credentials. Then she asked me do I go to the gynecologist which had nothing to do with a sports physical. -10/10 do not recommend

This is my second time coming here, the service is amazing. I usually come for fingerprinting but looking at the prices for the labs and vaccination I will definitely come back.
