Walk In Urgent Care

Stitches 5 p.m. on a Saturday not very many places could have helped except the the emergency room. I called ahead to make sure they could stitch him the woman I spoke with was extremely friendly, she met us at the door took him straight to a room. The doctor was phenomenal, made jokes and kept it light hearted while being professional and efficient. It took longer to drive there than the procedure from walking to pulling out of the parking lot.

Great urgent care BUT. What the hell is this person on a computer screen, in India, doing the job of in person office personnel? Broken English and background noise. Nice person and all. But my word! Talk about going down hill and an all new low.

As implied by the name of the business, I needed urgent care. On their online listing they were said to open at 8. Which you would think means they are taking patients at 8. This was not the case. The building was not opened until 8:07 and the first patient did not begin intake until 8:20. They were not actually taken in to be seen until 8:26. On top of this, despite having a real person in the facility, they are using a remote person to intake patients. They were difficult to hear and let me and one other man sit in the lobby for 20 minutes without letting us know we could check in. When we finally did they told us she had asked us to check in several times. A very strange experience. I ended up waiting over an hour and then leaving as I had previous commitments to take care of.

Didn’t even see a doctor. The girls that were there today 8/27 don’t have the slightest clue as to what’s going on. Good place to go if you want your time wasted

Dr Bett and Caitlyn were amazing!! Very professional!! The only dr that has EVER took the time to really educate me on why I was there!! Even did a follow up call!! It’s honestly the walk in clinic I go to! Thank you ladies 😊

Staff at the clinic today -Carol and Angela - were kind and efficient. I was able to sign in, get my X-rays with relative ease and efficiency. They called a couple hours later with the results. For someone who avoids and dislikes medical situations in general, it was a better experience than I anticipated. Thank you

I went in a few days ago for treatment for a sore throat and ear ache. The people there were so nice and friendly! They got me in and out quick and worked well with my concerns and needs to ensure I got the right treatment/medication all while keeping a smile on my face ! Shout out to the ladies who helped me! Angela Shay and Veronica Scarberry! You ladies rock, thank you so much!!

Went in with a sore throat 😩 they checked for strep and it was positive. They called in prescriptions and I was on my way, in 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and compassionate, I will definitely go back.

Like the name says, i walked right in and was seen without waiting more than 3 minutes. Ashley was the practitioner who cared for me. she was so nice, quickly and accurately assessed my issue, and her diagnosis proved to be accurate. the medicine prescribed took care of things right away. couldnt be happier with my experience. sent my daughter there when she had an issue a couple weeks later and she said she had a great experience as well. highly recommend.

I was far from my house and noticed my daughter wasnt feeling well. I realized she needed urgent care and I didnt want to drive all the way back home before getting her some care. So I googled Urgent Care in the area that I was and this one was available and had good review. Thank God I was able to arrive promptly and there was no wait. They accepted my insurance and I was able to get my daughter the care she needed. The girls, Nicole & Alicia were excellent and delivered great customer service. I was with my daughters friend and my one year old son as well and the staff made us feel very welcomed. Thank you again for your service!

We got there 20 minutes before they closed and the doors were locked. The receptionist opened the doors to tell me that she could not take us because they were closing soon and they already had one person in front of us. I explained we were there for a simple strep test and she still wouldn’t let us in. If you don’t want to stay past 6pm take appointments instead of being a walk in clinic.

Brought both of my kids in to be seen and we were in and out in under 10 minutes! The app is super easy to use and make an appointment, which I like because there’s not a waiting room full of sick patients! Everyone was very friendly and great with kids, especially Jen! I’d definitely recommend this Urgent Care to all!

I was experiencing an issue with my ears during a busy holiday weekend. Angela was able to see me immediately and treated me in an efficient manner with kindness and concern. Very professional nurse practitioner.

I absolutely love the care and convenience of the Walk In Urgent Care. The staff here is very efficient and compassionate. Ive been able to get in, get treatment and go on with my day quickly each time I have had to visit. Their app is a little tricky sometimes, but overall its helpful to speed up the process.

My wife and I own a retail business in Avon. Our daughter was not feeling well and we were short staffed and needed to get our child in to have her throat evaluated. My wife took our child around the corner to the new Urgent Care in Avon. Wow! What an amazing experience. Heather the medical assistant and Lisa the Nurse Practitioner were so great with our daughter -- kind, professional and knowledgeable. We arrived with a great greeting, signed in and were seen and out the door in 15 minutes. The location is so clean and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend this location.

This urgent care is kind and caring! They’re fast and efficient! My children and myself get the care we need here! Not to mention super clean! It’s always spotless and smells good! When we need care, we’ll definitely come here!

Google timing shows open but waited from 1:20 to 1:40 pm on a Thursday and the doors are locked. Called the number, no one answered. Click on website takes you to some spam website. Someone please confirm if this facility is operational or closed

Sandra and Veronica were a pleasure. I could tell both of these ladies genuinely cared about my issues and did everything to help me. If I ever need to go to an Urgent Care again I’ll be returning to this one. Thank you!

This particular Urgent Care is ridiculously expensive for non-insured.

Kristina and Ashley are amazing! They taught me a lot throughout my short training period! Very friendly, patient, and helpful! All of the medical assistants are amazing too! Super fast and efficient.

Beth and Ariel were very informative about the test I needed to travel with even though I hadnt been given the green light by work to travel. Having a test done same day was what I needed for that pending decision. Couldnt afford to wait 2 weeks for the results from some of the other pharmacies that would be useless for travel by the time I got then back. They were also gentle with the swab

My boyfriend and I recently visited this urgent care. To say this was a great experience could be underrated. The facility was extremely clean and the staff was so very polite. Ariel, Joy, and Adenike were sweet, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Their hospitality made an impact and I would definitely recommend.

A legit urgent need and turned away at 7:20 when it’s suppose to close at 8!Really great customer service 🙄🙄🙄What a joke!!!! This is why I prefer the one in Avon Lake: they care about their patients!

I first waited to be seen. Another client was in front of me for 10 mins, and then worker came out and told me to sign up for an appointment in my car on the app. So I did, and I waited 15 minutes in my hot car and I never receieved a phone call. I wasted my time for nothing. Definitely do not recommend in coming here. Also, they never cancelled my appointment on the app, and it has been almost 2 hrs.

I’m new to Ohio and didn’t know where to go/who to trust when it came to receiving urgent care. A friend referred me to Walk In Urgent Care in Avon and thankfully they took great care of me. Ariel and Joyce made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their kind customer service and helpful personalities lifted a weight off my shoulders during a stressful situation. This will be my go-to from now on, thanks to them!

Made an appointment for 2pm. Called and confirmed the appointment with them as well to made sure they got it since we made it through their app. I had to leave work to take my daughter here. I show up door is locked. I had to call and call for them to finally answer the phone. They said 3 times their lunch is from 1-2 and they have no control over the app… I said well it’s 2:08 then repeated again lunch is from 1-2 and no control over the app…. Then I said again it’s 2:08….. then all of a sudden lunch is from 1:30-2:30…. The lady was beyond rude on the phone. It would of been nice to have a phone call to say they needed to move my appointment 30 minutes to 2:30 but I received no phone call no email no nothing… terrible staff. Save yourself and go elsewhere that actually takes appointments and doesn’t have a beyond rude front desk.

I have brought my kids here several times. Alicia is so kind and Nick took extra time to listen and take care my family. The place is clean too. We will be back when needed. Much quicker than waiting at the doctors office or the ER.

They’re not open until 8. They take their last patient at 7:15, no matter what. The reason I was given by the front desk person was that if they saw patients until 8, she would have to clean until 9. Then advertise your hours to close at 7:15, not 8pm. Not a great reason.

A walk-in clinic that wont see you unless you download their app and upload all of your information first. Nothing on the website that tells you that so you can do it before arriving. I couldnt get the app to download in waiting room, and receptionist offered no assistance or to check me in on her computer. She just walked away. So what happens if someone without a smart phone comes in? I left and went to UH Urgent Care down the street. Was checked in (no app required), seen by a wonderful doctor, and out the door in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend you go there.

Ive never had a problem here before but the NP I saw, Ashley, was flat out rude. She cut me off numerous times while I was explaining to her how I was feeling. She was short with me. She seemed like she was in a hurry and didnt want to hear about my ear, which is why I went in. All she did was test me for Covid and Strep, when I went in for my ear because I couldnt hear out of it. She looked in my ear and said it was a little red and then didnt say anything else even though I asked her about it. She said it was allergies...spoiler, it wasnt allergies. I ended up having to go to the hospital because my ear got worse and the doctors there said there was no way Urgent Care could have missed what was going on so Im inclined to think she saw it and didnt care and pushed a Covid test on me to just get on with her day. Ashley was so unprofessional and she shouldnt be treating people if this is how she does it. I would not recommend going here.

This place is amazing. I went in to get my eye checked out this morning. I’ve got a stye but it’s infected so I needed medication. I was in and out within 15 minutes. I was the first one there though so not sure if this is a normal in and out here but it was for me. The staff was great, wish I would have gotten their names though. Place was cleaned and you must wear a mask here. And I’m ok with that! If I need to be seen again for something minor I will be coming here

Just like another reviewer said, this is a walk-in clinic that wont see you unless you download their app and upload all of your information first. Nothing on the website indicates you have to do that and they dont mention it when you call beforehand either. I was told by the receptionist that I had to download the app and wait in my car as no one can wait in the waiting room (understandable due to covid). I did just that and thought they would call me when I was allowed to come in, as she did not tell me to come right back in after checking in on the app. I waited in the car for about 25 minutes until the NP came out and told me that I couldve come in right after signing in??? I dont understand why it took anyone that long to come out since they clearly saw I checked in and the receptionist could see me in the car waiting. The NP also spoke to me in a condescending tone and was pretty rude. Because of this, I was so upset that I decided to leave and go to UHs Urgent Clinic instead, where I was helped promptly.

Went there on a holiday having no option with my normal physician. Ashley (Nurse Practitioner) immediately asked about my gallbladder; it was quickly confirmed later by a surgeon and taken out within a few weeks. She even called me afterward to follow up.

This place is great. I was unable to get into my pcp and came here. They are fast, efficient and clean. They are swamped with COVID testing, but if you down load the app call in urgent care and pre register when you get inside it’s very fast! I got here early before they opened and there was already a line starting, the girls gave me a timeSlot and told Me when to come Back at my given time. It was very Organized and less exposure to COVID as they don’t allow anyone in the waiting room. I will def be back again. Thank you for all your hard work ladies!

The girl working the desk was extremely nice but when the nurse came in to talk to me she was completely rude and did absolutely nothing to help me at all. I will never return here I feel like I paid a copay for no reason at all. This isn’t the first time this has happened at the this same place. I’ve learned my lesson and will not return I’ll wait a week for my actual doctor next time.

I usually don’t post negative reviews unless a place really mistreats me but the lady who was working the front desk of this urgent care today 06/26/2021 around 1:30pm was an absolute nightmare. How can someone working in the medical field be so rude? She turned me away with no one in the waiting room and didnt even give me the time of day. Told me I needed to go to the ER with my issue. Maybe I don’t want to spend $1000 to walk into the ER, I just wanted some medical advice to help me with my pain until I can speak with my doctor on Wednesday. I don’t want to be just taking medications on top of medications but she didn’t care. Couldn’t even speak to the doctor, asked if I could even get advice about what medicines to take and she just gave me this “Are you kidding me” look. I can’t help but wonder if it was the same person people have written about on here before. Imagine having someone like that be the face of your company. Anyways, I ended up at Mercy Health Urgent care right across from Meijers on Nagel road and I should have been going there all along. Mercy has been my health providers for everything, that urgent care took me in NO PROBLEM AND NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Helped me and was able to get labs rolling for me for my doctors appointment on Wednesday. Thank you Mercy Health and I will not be returning to Avon Urgent Care again.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice in the last year, and seen ashley both times. She was great. We were in and out and she is wonderful with children. The entire staff was friendly and helpful.

I went in and she diagnosed me with the flu she didnt do my vitals or check my temperature. She didnt check my lungs even though I was weezing and coughing . she stood in the corner of the room the whole time turns out I dont just have the flu I also had bronchitis that turned into Pneumonia. Lazy excuse for a doctor.

Beth and Ariel were very nice and helpful with the whole process. They got us in and out for a sports physical very quickly. I was shocked how efficient and smooth it went. Plus the cost was way cheaper than any other places I checked out. Thank you!!!

Shout out to Oliver and Cassandra for taking good care of my little brother who had a fever. They both very quick and my little brother was feeling good in no time.

I came across the website when searching for covid-19 walk in testing. I needed test results fast for work so I decided to give them a shot. I downloaded the mobile app (Call In Urgent Care) and scheduled an appointment. I tried calling their phone number to confirm my appointment like the app states and I got a busy signal. I figured maybe they were receiving high call volume so I called the 800 number. The representative told me no need to sorry, just wait an hour and show up at the care center for your appointment. I live about an hour from Avon so I got in the car immediately and headed that way. I get there and they are closed... Nothing but a sign on the window saying Due to an emergency we will be closed November 19th. So they were closed for the day and left their phone off the hook. VERY PROFESSIONAL! So I called the location nearest Avon, I believe in Elyria. I explained my situation and the receptionist gave me attitude and told me that Ilthry cant see me and I would have to line up with everyone at 6am the next morning and wait in line but OH! I better get there early because they book up fast. YOUR NAME IS WALK IN URGENT CARE. Dont offer services if you dont provide them! This place is a joke

Says open until 8, I get there at 7, the door is locked, but there is a woman at the counter. Now, Ive never been here, and with COVID-19, I wasnt sure if she had to let me in or not, and instead of saying anything, she just stares through the door. So I motion at the door, and again doesnt move or say anything.If you are going to be in eye sight of the door, at least acknowledge people and let them know you are closed instead of sitting in a building on your phone with all of the lights on.

Friendly staff, clean environment, no wait time, 5 stars.However, no formal discharge instructions or paperwork of any kind were sent home despite receiving two prescriptions and over the counter recommendations for about three different products. Prior to leaving I even inquired if there was anything I should be taking with me and the answer was no.As someone in the healthcare field, it is irresponsible to make clinical recommendations and not provide any type of discharge paperwork. Disappointed that something so important was overlooked. I’m hopeful that I will recall everything discussed but even I can’t be sure I will not miss something.

I really like this place. Clean and new building. Was in and out quickly. Very convenient. Shannon was so kind and considerate. Nick the NP is a good listener, personable, and good with kids. We will come again when needed.

I have gone to Avons Urgent Care on 3 different occasions and every time I have had a great experience. The office front desk staff is friendly and helpful. And both the doctor and nurse there have correctly diagnosed.

Have visited this Urgent Care facility twice this summer (once for myself and once for my wifes medical attention need). I give them the highest grades possible for professionalism, expertise, courtesy, compassion, and promptness and even cost. Receptionist Alicia and Nurse Practitioner Travia are particularly outstanding!!!

No longer walk in. Staff doesnt answer phone. And thank God no one might have a medical issue while they eat their lunch because theres no service between hour of 1 and 2 pm. Forced to download an app to schedule an appointment @ walk in urgent care. Simply put wont be returning.

Location was closed and the company update on Google maps makes no mention of the status.

The NP Nick was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease! If anyone is not feeling well I highly recommend going here over anywhere else. Youre in and out very quickly and the staff really cares for their patients!

Extremely understanding and kind. Had the pleasure to be helped by Adenike, Ariel & Joyce, they were the nothing but pleasant and professional. Walked in late the night before thanksgiving as they were cleaning up, they were willing to test me even given the circumstances. Highly recommend!

Had a quick, efficient stop here today..both the NP believe her name was Trish/Tricia and the receptionist Emma/Emily...sorry if I got the names wrong..but they were extremely positive and helpful..would recommend this urgent care to anyone. Very professional..I was nervous going into a urgent care with my problem, but they quickly took care of any doubts I had..truly thank you so much ladies. 😁💜

This is a good urgent care except that they told my mom she had a viral virus , then she went to the ER turns out she has Covid. Double check .!

Very kind and caring medical staff here. Was able to obtain my asthma medication while I was otherwise stuck waiting six weeks to see the allergist. A big sigh of wheeze-free relief! Thank you!!

Went to this location in the late afternoon on a Sunday when no other urgent care locations in the area were open to get help removing a shard of glass from my foot. The doctor barely looked at my foot before telling me he could not do anything and to go to the ER. On Monday, a doctor at a different urgent care worked as long as it took to remove the glass. Not a place I would every go again.

Staff was friendly and the office was clean. I didn’t have to wait (11am of a Thursday) and Ashley went out of her way to help me find the most affordable prescriptions that i needed. Would definitely recommend 👍

(Updated review) My wife took my daughter today 12/11/22 for an ear infection. The woman who checked her in, “forgot” about her because they sat away from another person in the waiting room. Sat there for 20 minutes with no one being seen. Absolutely ridiculous.

Visited this Urgent Care today after feeling lousy for five days straight. Nick and Jill diagnosed and treated me quickly and had me on my way in no time. What a great alternative to the ER. And service with a smile.

I will never go to this place again. my son is covered in a rash and blisters from head to toe and the doctor treated us with complete disregard. he told me he couldn’t really differentiate his rash from hand foot and mouth to an allergic reaction. he barely looked at my son because he was crying. the doctor was rude and gave absolutely no guidance. he disregarded anything i had to say or ask. absolutely horrific experience.

I arrived at this this location at 5:40 PM on a Sunday with my very sick, feverish child. We approached the door and a man inside wearing scrubs made eye contact with me, then turned away and tried to hide so I would not see him. In the meantime, they locked the doors and would not answer when I knocked. I ultimately reached somebody by phone and they said that they would not take any patients after 5:30. While this may be understandable, locking the doors, hiding and refusing to answer when somebody tries to seek your medical attention is very unprofessional. This is not the caring Attitude I would expect from a medical professional.

Lady at the front desk literally had a virtual assistant told her we took our last patient even tho there still open never coming here again and will be advising others to avoid this place as well

I have covid symptoms and it was so hard to get out of bed and needed to get tested. I went here because it said no appointment required. I pulled in learning I had to download an app and then plug everything in just find out we do need a appointment and there was none available today. I wasted so much energy to go to a place that did not even have an open sign on

Very happy with the service at this office. Responsible examination yielded accurate diagnosis and treatment. My daughter felt better within 24 hours or treatment. Very glad this office is open in our community.

Love this place. Can always get an appointment! Don’t have to wait when I’m there. Staff is super friendly. Ashley is the best... I go see her before I go to my primary care doctor!

They were very up front with what they can and cannot help with. Trisha, who saw me was very nice and helpful to help me with my pain. She got through the appointment fast, but made sure I was taken care of. I will go here next time for sure. Thanks Trisha!

Excellent service, thanks Ariel, Beth and Ashley. For international plane travel, this place helped a ton as they were able to give almost immediate results for a Covid PCR test vs 2-3 days everywhere else.

Does everyone know this place charges over $200 just to walk in the door and see someone? My daughter was told her COVID test would be free, but they NEVER disclosed this outrageous usury fee. Sure it is less expensive than the ER, but no overt disclosure is unacceptable. Sheeps to the slaughter!!

I called ahead to ask whether they take appointments or if is it just walk-in and was told its just walk-ins. As someone else stated, they made me download an app when I arrived and make an appointment on the app. I was also told that I needed to wait in my car due to covid restrictions, and it was raining. None of this was told to me over the phone. I also dont like having PHI on my phone so I also went to the UH clinic down the street.

The staff was so great with the Covid testing! Very nice and helpful! Easy rapid drive thru process! Walk in, sign up, and they come out to your car when it is your turn!

I was the last person seen at the end of the day and they took their time and still gave me wonderful care! The staff was very kind! I 10/10 will come here again for urgent needs.

Astonished at the lack of empathy and care from the front desk. To say this clinic is professional is comical to say the least. Genuinely in shock with the hiring process at this clinic, scheduling and timing is completely off and after being frustrated im left to deal with a disrespectful and unprofessional nurse. Do yourself a favor, go anywhere else

This place has signs all over offering rapid covid testing. However they dont take medical mutual and if they dont take your insurance the test cost $75. These people are clearly out of their minds.

Drove all the way from Mentor to Avon because this was the closest in-network urgent care for my significant other to get a rapid covid test. We get there and the place is closed!!! I get it, things happen. But maybe you should put a message on voicemail stating you are closed.Ridiculous

I called today & justice answer the phone & said you guys did rapid covid test and we can get the results in 20 mins. She was very informative and I will be going to get a test tomorrow because it is available with no referral.

Took my daughter in and when we left she said she felt comfortable with the NP Ashley and liked that she told her what she was going to do before she did it. Definitely would highly recommend!!

Veronica, Cassi, Sirjana the NP, Cassandra the Np are all amazing workers and very competent and I will continue going to this location from now on. Great experience

Had a wonderful experience at this medical Facility. The staff and the medical representative was very nice. I would recommend this place.

My girlfriend went to fisher Titus and they took 1hour and we still hadn’t been seen she went to urgent care and they seen her right away and she was in and out within 20 minutes they were so nice to her definitely will come back if we need to be seen . Thank you girls so much .

The nurse practitioner Ashley was so thorough and fast. It was nice to be able to get in and out so fast when having an allergic reaction.

There was nothing posted online about being closed and the parking lot was full of sick people worried about there health and the doors were locked and it wss closed. definitely cannot claim opened when closed as an urgent care.

This urgent care is beyond professional and timely. I went in and got great service! 10/10 would recommend.

A Walk-In Clinic that doesnt accept walk-ins. What the ****?There is NOTHING on the website about this. Im crazy busy so it was a huge inconvenience - had to run around and find another place to get sports physicals.

The ladies there were so kind and so friendly. i walked in there feeling very nervous and they made me feel so comfortable and okay

The doctors there are totally disrespectful and no help at all. I went with my neighbor to go get her son checked out and no help at all. He repeated everything she said but in a different version. These doctors are totally unprofessional!

In and out, front desk was very nice and attentive, CNP was quick and through. Will use this as my go to urgent care.

Scheduled an appointment and still wasn’t seen after an hour of waiting. Appointments are supposed to go first before walk in. Front desk lady doesn’t know what to do

Simple, clean, and straight to the point. Pleasant staff, oh and they also have an xray machine, most urgent cares dont.

2nd time we been here and both times it took less than 15 minutes. They are fast with test results.

The service quality is very good and I was suffering from conjunctivitis and the treatment was very satisfactory.

So... went to elyria walk-in urgent care last night only to find out they closed 4 hours early, came here today after calling first to make sure they were open, only to get here and be told Dr. Ramone had called off and they could not treat us and got turned away.

THE FROUNT DESK WOMAN WAS VERY KIND, UNDERSTANDING, CARING, AND EFFICIENT!!!BUILDING WAS ALSO VERY CLEAN FOR MY VISIT!!!EVERYTHING SEEMED TO GO OK, UNTIL THE NP LISA CAME IN THE ROOM. I WENT FOR ONE SPECIFIC REASON THAT WASNT ER RELATED!!!LISA THEN PROCEEDS TO ASK AS WERE TALKING ABOUT THIS ISSUE DIDNT YOU COME HERE BEFORE FOR THIS ISSUE? WHICH THE ANSWER WAS NO I DIDNT!!!I HONESTLY BELIEVE LISA REMEMBERED ME FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION A FEW MONTHS BACK WHEN I HAD TO GET SOME COVID-19 TESTING DONE.REGUARDLESS IF THAT WAS THE CASE OR NOT I FELT THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND IT HONESTLY OFFENDED ME AT THAT POINT.LISA FINALLY THEN, DECIDED SHE WOULD STILL HELP ME, SO THANKYOU FOR @ LEAST THAT LISA!!!I WAS ALSO TOLD 3 DIFFERENT TIMES THAT I WOULD NEED TO CALL TO GET INTO MY PCP BEFORE I LEFT THAT FACILITY. WHICH IS NO ROCKET SCIENCE, I KNEW THIS AND EXPLAINED AGAIN WHY I ENDED UP AT THAT LOCATION VS.MY PCP OR ANY PLACE ELSE!!!***AGAIN RIGHT BEFORE I LEFT THIS LOCATION NOT ONLY DID I FEEL DISRESPECTED ONCE BUT TWICE!!!***I AM REALLY HOPING IF I EVER HAVE TO VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN, I WILL NOT RECIEVE THE CARE I DID TODAY!!!HEALTH CARE ISNT THE SAME ANYMORE!!! :(ITS DEFINITELY VERY HARD TO FIND ONES THAT ACTUALLY CARE TO HELP AND THAT ARE TRULY CONCERNED!!!

Stops accepting patients half an hour before closing. There was no one waiting. Just turned away.

People have to wait obscene amount of time staff seems In efficient lack of urgency do not care about people’s time I seriously don’t recommend going to here unless u wanna wait over two hours just to be seen
