So, I found vail valley wellness and did their fertility acupuncture treatments. Not only is the staff THE ABSOLUTE BEST, but the facility is beautiful, clean, calming, and so so relaxing. Becky made me feel heard and understood through this process, helped me rebuild my cycle, and I’m currently expecting my first baby! The physical and mental benefits are so worth it, and I could not recommend this place enough. Healthy Happy Hour (HHH) on Thursdays at 530pm by Kait Musick is always something to look forward to each week. Whether it’s a yoga session, a skin up Beaver Creek, or a mountain bike ride (starting in spring 2024), there are always a lot of laughs. The group has been growing every month, so just show up. We are easy to spot - just look for the loud and colorfully dressed crew. Kait is sure to welcome you and reward you with snacks at the end of the event!

I personally love the infrared sauna! In addition to the fantastic biomedical services, Vail Valley Wellness offers the best yoga class in the Valley. Dance Your Flow with Bliss is hands down the best class I’ve been to. No matter how I’m feeling going into the class, I always leave feeling limber, light and fully energized. Dance Your Flow is always a staple in my week!

I have been coming to Vail Valley Wellness for a couple months now. I can’t express how much I enjoy and appreciate everything they have done for me. All of the team, Becky, Amanda, Hannah, Kate and Bliss have all been exceptional! Everyone is so knowledgeable. Amanda is great at explaining every acupuncture session and what she is doing during each. The red light therapy never disappoints. Hannah and the front desk crew are always so quick to respond and helpful. The yoni steam is a new thing for me but seemed to really help. I did cupping for my first time, it felt like a massage but different and was amazing, very relaxing and felt a good release of my muscles. Can’t wait to continue sessions here!

I just finished my first round of 10 acupuncture treatments with Dr. Becky. I have struggled for years with TMJ, anxiety and sleep. Such a wonderful experience! First off, the space is beautiful. There are so many amenities and wonderful skin products. I decided to get the dermplane facial. Honestly didn’t think I would love the results as much as I did! Christie was very professional and kind. Loved every minute of it. And my skin looked “glowy” for weeks. I will be back!!

I’ve neglected this review long enough, the cat is out of the bag already! VVW is by far the best holistic center I’ve been to. Between the caring and attentive staff, the soothing surroundings and the amazing care from the practitioners, VVW is such a special place. They not only support you while you are getting treatments, but also in your daily life. Initially I came to VVW for cosmetic acupuncture, but when a long chronic issue came rearing back, they were able control it with acupuncture and herbs and I was able to avoid some serious hard core prescription medications. I can’t recommend Dr. Becky and her staff enough!!

My husband and I have both had AMAZING results from Vail Valley Wellness. My husband went for mental health/PTSD issues that he had struggled with for years -- acupuncture was life changing for him. It provided a physical stress reliever that traditional talk therapy had not offered. We attribute much of his recovery from past trauma to his experience with Becky.Additionally, I started going to find more energy and focus. I have had great results from the detox programs (acupuncture, foot bath and sauna) when I need to reset, focus on self care and start a healthier diet. It really works!!!! I am so happy with the results of my herb mixture that I wanted to share my experience. Becky mixed up a special blend because I was having night sweats. Within about 1 week, my night sweats disappeared. I ran out and didn’t get back there in time so they came back. This tells me they are working amazingly! They don’t taste so great, but I just add a little honey and dissolve the herbs in a small amount of hot water. I am so glad I came across her little apothecary in EagleVail! Lots of other services I plan to explore as well.

Becky has a beautiful balance of knowledge, wisdom and intuition that she puts into action for your specific wellness plan. You are not a number to her. Im going in to menopause and have generally been feeling more and more uncomfortable. The usual symptom of always feeling hot turned into not sleeping well and waking up utterly exhausted and fried. I had one acupuncture session yesterday with Alicia and left with my bags of Chinese medicine.I left feeling balanced emotionally and temperature wise and relaxed. I cooked up my herbs that night and went to sleep. It was the best night of sleep Ive had in months. I have been wearing a fitbit to try and track my sleep and had been only getting segments of 30-40 minutes of deep sleep through the night. I checked my logs this morning and had 2 large chunks of 120 and 80 minutes of sleep. Im excited to see how I feel over more time if this is how I feel after only one session. Alicia is *really* good.
