Staff was incredibly friendly, quick & efficient. From the front to back office & Dr. my overall experience was amazing. They helped me with getting my visit covered through the fpak card I believe it’s called. Would definitely recommend this location.

From the minute I called to make my appointment to the minute I left the facility, I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Sylvia was beyond amazing, she really made me feel at ease and helped me with any question I had. Sandy was also incredible with every step by step instruction. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful!

Everyone was super nice and friendly made me feel really comfortable during my 1st Pap smear !

I WANT TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AMAZING CLINIC. FIRST OFF, THE GIRLS THAT TOOK CARE OF ME SINCE CHECKING IN UNTIL LEAVING THE CLINIC ARE SUPER NICE AND ATTENTIVE. DR. SOPHIA, WAS REALLY HELPFUL AND VERY COURTEOUS. I REALLY LOVE HOW THEY CARE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. SO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.THANK YOU!!

This was my first time getting an IUD and I’ve never had children before so the procedure took longer than expected because it was difficult to get in. It was a pretty uncomfortable and painful process but the provider and staff were all so extremely nice to me. They had me lay down after the insertion and kept bringing me things like juice and crackers so I wouldn’t pass out. One staff even made me a heating pad with water and gloves to help with my cramps. These women are absolutely the sweetest and try to make you feel as comfortable as possible!

Darlene is ALWAYS very pleasant. Sandy - NP is very kind and knowledgeable.

I had IUD at FPA west covina. Even though the experience of the Procedure was not that very well at first time but I still chose to go back again. Finally, I got it done. Their staff is friendly, and I feel very comfortable. Also, the wait is very short. I do recommend this place.

Wait time shorterDoctor went straight to my needs without hesitationCheck out was swift.Ps: one thing I noted at the beginning was the reception approach me with a bill saying to pay it or I wont see Doctor if not paid. She thought I received a bill of the balance and I was trying to avoid a $53.99 bill. It was the first time ever about that balance. I showed her the bill i received was $20 and I was all set to pay. I never got the bill she required me to pay. So I thought that was distasteful.

I always feel safe and comfortable while im at FPA Women’s health in west covina. I had an appointment today which took a bit longer but that was just due to yesterday being memorial day. My other past visits has always been quick easy and the assistants and doctors are very friendly and comforting.

Everyone from the receptionist to the provider is awesome! They are patient and knowledgeable, they were able to help me more than my own primary car doctor and OBGYN could and all in one visit!

Horrible with your time they take to dam long apt at 3:15pm check in @ 3:11pm it’s 4:08pm and I still haven’t been seen 1 person besides me n lobby smh :( missed out on other appts because of this (dr lee)

Sometimes women Need support of other women and with all my years of having men take advantage of my temple FPA womens health has provided me with reassurances that no matter what someone takes away theres more where that came from! This location makes me forgive myself and love again. As a single mother my primary doctor doesnt come close to personalizing emotional, physical and mental support as these women do. Thank you for allowing me to have a clean intimate lifestyle for the possible Boaz looking for a survivor like myself to respect, love and compliment!

I was guided by the comments I read to choose this place as a planning center for the first time and they were all very kind to me, the place is very spacious and pleasant, I felt comfortable and confident at all times, I definitely recommend it 100% Since I made my appointment and when I was there, they always guided me with kindness and respect.I hope my comment helps more people who still havent decided where to go.
