I’m very disappointed with East Valley. It’s clear they don’t value their patients’ time. I was called to confirm my appointment, only to have it canceled at the last minute—twice! While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen once, having it occur multiple times shows a lack of organization and respect for patients. People schedule appointments around their busy lives, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable.I’ve decided to find a better clinic or hospital that prioritizes patients and understands the importance of keeping commitments. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone looking for dependable care.Would you like any adjustments to this?

I’ve been coming here. 17 years Approximate is always something good about this place. Bad things is every time I have ever made an appointment are always between 2 to 6 months. Something the medical equipment is broken, so I have to get a referral to go somewhere else to have it done.. the call center wait time it’s always 20 minutes after two hours on hold they say they’re gonna call you back to call you within an hour to two hours later.I have been told by hospital doctors they are under staff not enough receptionist, nurses, or doctors for the amount of patients they receive.this makes everything take forever I am here now Waiting for over three hours not been able to be seen. Granted I do not have a doctors appointment but three hours.. I am asking for my medical recorders. When I called They told me go pick them up. I am here and now and I was told I have to wait 3 to 7 business days come back to get them. They must think I don’t have a life. They have no idea what they’re doing. Who is the manager of this facility? Who knows?But after 17 years of drama in this place. I am done

The people there are nice but sadly its still the worst office I have ever been to. They got my name and birthdate wrong on my chart. They made a copy of my list of meds but then lost it and told me I couldnt get my meds refilled because they didnt know what I was on. Told me I couldnt get my meds without coming in for an appointment when I had just seen them last week & the next soonest appointment I could get was almost 2 months out! No one calls you back and the doctors are clearly too busy to even listen to you or write down anything you say during a visit. Last time I was told I could either wait 3-4 months to see my Dr or I could see a new doctor who knows nothing about me. Ive just given up. This place is like a black hole sucking up your time for nothing in return.

This place embodies everything that is wrong with American health care system. They made my niece wait for 3 hours until closing time and turned us away after. All she needed was just two vaccines to help her enroll to a new public school and we were willing to even pay out of pocket but apparently your lives aren’t worth a damn without an insurance

This place is a joke asking me for my paystubs after ive already been here multiple times. The big white lady helping the side line is unprofessional.

Wait time is always extremely long. Our Appointment is always at 11 and never get our name called until around 1240. Happens every time and just happened again. We have other things to do that’s why we all make appointments and it’s always an inconvenience .

I’m trying to give this place no stars. For their irresponsible costumerservice as a patient. Understandable this is a busy location but should not count against their services with patients and their health. Front office has no sense of urgency and work ethic. Noticed employees preferring their conversations about hair and nails rather than their work in helping out patients. I understand the community isn’t quite knowledgeable on health procedures and taking whatever answer the “professional” staff gives as professional or best advice. Coming from a trained front desk staff member they lack full work capabilities and commitment. Thanks for nothing not mad but disappointed on their service.

I called this office yesterday to schedule an appointment. The medical assistant was so rude from the very beginning. I had an authorization form for services at their office thats why I called for an appointment. The medical assistant very rudely kept saying she couldnt find any information to make that appointment. I proceeded to give her more information when I realized I was talking to myself, she had hung up on me.

Very friendly and helpful staff here! Especially the lady in the lab, who draw my blood with nearly no pain!But waiting time is a bit long, took me almost an hour to see a doctor appointment.

On my last visit to East Valley Community Center I went thinking was for my annual mammogram screening when Md.Julie Alcid informed to me to change my clothes to get ready for a pap smear test I panicked and explained to her about my previous experience was really bad and I would pass on it she was very understanding she offer me to walk me through and to be very gentle and if I was uncomfortable to let her know I completely trusted her and got ready by the time I was going to ask her about how long was going to take to finished she said you are ready what??? my gosh I was so nicely surprised.Thank you very much Md.Julie for such emotional supporting and what an amazing experience!!!!

So rude, so unprofessional. Need high blood pressure medication, and cant get them refilled. Had pharmacy call at least 5 times. Ive called for 2 weeks straight. Nothing. Just got off phone to change providers. Good luck ya all.

I am new to East Valley and its not coming across favorable, Most times they dont answer the phone.A recording comes on asking if youd like to leave the line and receive a call back,well most times it late late and there was a time I didnt get a call back at all. I am so dissatisfied with this hospital, I am only still there because I like my Dr. he works out of this place,Get this I have to call them to get an appointment with my Dr ,thats crazy and its hard to get an appointment, and they have a couple smart mouth telephone operators. Its awful, I rate them a 00000.This Insurance is awful,I am only still here because of Dr.DeArtola but this place us awful, I called to inquire which hospital they covered and the operator said she wasnt sure.Look at what has happened to our care, they dont give a darn.

Got my TB test here. Extremely cheap and fast. Staff was really friendly!

That center is very good health center in my favorite place of my life with my mom! They were get a little bit busy and hard to finding a parking lot of my vehicle when I coming to there with my a little bit late appointment in todays afternoon; However, they dont care the late time within the appointment from LAC+USC Medical Center , perhaps the doctor and nurse they were so care about the family and the patient with the different language in your life which is better service as same as the front desk service in my love hearts world from my another familys best recommendation.

They are very rude and they dont get RXs sent to outside pharmacys in a timely manner. Had to call 3 times.

Dont come here unless you speak Spanish. They are rude and racist. Especially the old lady maria at the front counter.

Office area to check in is pretty slow unfortunately. They are pretty busy whenever I go by in the morning. Prepare to wait 15 min or more in line if you dont have an appointment.

Doing my second prenatal care here. I made sure to continue here because of how amazing they are with everything. The are timely, they see me on time and answer all my questions. Rafaela was my counselor for my first pregnancy and she is also helping me for my second. She’s awesome! I’ve been a patient since 2008 and Mr. Omar Waziri has been there I believe since then. He continues to be an amazing OB!

Horrible experience!!! Do not take anyone that are expected mothers here as they meaning the (counselor) had told my family that queen of the valley hospital does not do circumcision. She had also gave my family wrong information regarding any other info. Staff is rude in the bottom floor , security officer is not alert and they only have two parking spots for expecting mothers. I’m pretty sure they don’t have a policy where they make sure that only expecting mothers are allowed to park there. Parking spaces are all compact!!! Hard for big vehicles to park . Only great thing I can say is that the nurse practitioner Irene and doctor kiama are amazing!!!

Horrible! People in the medical field should want to help patients. Ive come across way too many employees in this facility that seem like they are soley there for the paycheck and hott gossip that their coworkers have.What tipped me over to leaving such a harsh review is Irene Cruz, NP in the OBGYN Department. Not only does she have HORRIBLE bed side manners, but she also has no compassion for what the patient is going through. She also has no problem verbally telling you she cannot and will not assist you. Apparently, EVERYTHING isnt her job and out of her hands. Oh, and nothing is urgent. It seems everything from the moment she introduces herself she is inconvenienced as well with whatever she deems is an inconvenience to her.Shes horrible and in the WRONG line of work!East Valley Please do better in hiring compassionate employees who actually like to help and assist your patients. Also make some more parking spots. A huge building assisting so many patients should have more than 05 parking spots!

Took over a year to come back because of forgot how rude and unprofessional this clinic is. The last time I came I gotten a test the nurse helping me was also rude and then I needed to go back for a follow up well I had 15 minutes before closing and find it closed. I waited the entire 15 minutes outside the location to see employees come out. So they closed early without posting a sign. Most recently I come for testing again and the front desk gets a call while helping me and leaves me waiting as they take the call, awful service.

Great experience : I was able to get an appointment the same day. I spoke to the Dr. He really listen as I gave him a brief history. I needed blood work that day the lab was busy. They made an appointment for me the next day at a local clinic. Everything went smooth...thank you for the great care.

It does take a while to get in touch with anyone, but when I did, no appointment was needed for immunizations. The nurse who did my daughters was great and so kind. The wait wasnt too long. I was in and out of the clinic.

They don’t ever actually find out what’s wrong with you. They just assume it’s anxiety and brush me off without checking. I’ve had heart pain and some other re-occurring issues like bowel problems for over 4 years and they kept dismissing me as anxiety without ever actually checking.Ended up calling my insurance to report it as I almost passed out on the floor and had enough, my insurance said that’s not acceptable and I need a new doctor that will actually check my issues instead of assuming. I have to go to a cardiologist. Dangerous doctor to go to if you actually have real problems.

I visited this location to have a physical for work. My wait time was ten minutes with my appointment. The doctor was extremely friendly and the nurses who administered my TB test were nice. The doctor here was respectful and let me know I had a low BP which explained all my fatigue and shortness of breathe. This was something my primary care doctor never commented on at a different hospital. I felt really cared for 🥰

I’ve been on hold with this doctors office for a literal HOUR. Tried to do the call back option instead & they NEVER called me back! It shouldn’t be such a hassle just to make an appointment for my child. My other child has Kaiser and they would NEVER, they ALWAYS get back to me within a decent time frame. Not to mention that the nurses who do blood draws don’t even know what they’re doing, last time we were there they had to switch arms bc they couldn’t find a vein yet they put the needle in anyways. Seriously unprofessional & now i’m in the process of getting my kid a new health care provider.

East Valley Community Health Center staff are so helpful and accommodating. No waiting time upon they register your Name.you will be immediately call and assisted to your Doctor.Expect follow up call from them after your visit. They want to make sure your experience during your visit is up to your expectations and so l gave them this 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Thank you again for your service..

I was very apprehensive about going here because of a couple bad reviews I saw on google. However I decided to give it a try. This is the 3rd clinic I tried and I am very glad I went. Starting with Klara who checked me in to Maria Vega (nurse) and Doctor Day. It was my 1st visit and I waited 2 hours. My appointment was 1pm and by 3:30pm I was out of the building. The staff are professional and pleasant. I didnt feel like I was being judged (low income) and unlike many places when I made my past poor choices known (recovering addict) I didnt feel like it changed their attitude with me. I have been to quite a few clinics in many different states and I really like this place. So if you are a first timer give it a try I am glad I did. And if your lucky you will get Maria Vega and Dr.Day

I happen to like this place. Sure its mostly Mexicans that are catered to there but I havnt had an issue with that. I happen to really like my Dr Charlene Schultz. Shes very nice, attentive and listens to my needs. I gave 4 stars because they were supposed to get my medical records from the hospital and have yet to do that Ive signed 2 release forms for it and here we are a year later and still no x-rays. The nurse gives some kind of shoulder shrug when I ask why.

I love this clinic. My whole pregnancy was amazing at this clinic. They helped me and answered all my questions. My Ob was awesome and even after pregnancy, it’s still great. The most I waited was probably 30 mins and to be honest I didn’t care. People have to understand that doctors get busy. You are not the only pregnant lady there so relax and wait. If you go to other places you have to wait there too so it’s all the same thing. I love this clinic. They were awesome and they are nice and carful with my baby. Give the workers a break. There are so many people there sometimes so you guys just have to learn how to be patient because no matter where you go. You are gonna wait. If I could wait there with my baby then you can too because at the end of the day I don’t care how long the wait is. I just care about my baby’s doctor telling me that my baby is healthy. That’s all I care about and that’s all you guys should care about too

This is a wonderful place to get healthcare. The staff is friendly & do their best to assist you within their scope. I just dont understand when they schedule me for an 7:45am appt & want me to check in at 7:30am, but they dont open til 8am. Make it make sense.

The only reason I say poor-fair is because its the lowest rating possible. Otherwise, I wouldnt give them a horrible-pathetic rating. I have been here numerous times and each time the service has gotten worse and worse. Avoid this place at all cost. One visit I waited 2 hours to see a doctor after they called my sick son and I got called back - The doctor forgot that we were there! And then after what was a 4 hour long visit - we go to the pharmacy to pick up our prescription and what is it? OVER THE COUNTER MEDICINE! Stuff that I could already buy without the trip to the doctor visit. These people are useless, unorganized and I recommend anything besides this place. Another visit we had an appointment for 4:45 pm and they call us up just to tell us that it would be another 2 hours because the doctor was backed up. what is that? This place is pathetic all the way around.

Edit: I was recently informed by A physician assistant that patients are now put on a 10 minute limit, meaning that you have 10 minutes with the doctor and if your issues arent addressed you need to make ANOTHER appointment. That means more money from you out of pocket and/or from your insurance company depending on your insurance. Thus sounds like a scam to me and is absolutely deplorable!Horrible. Screwed up appointments, multiple doctors at this location have given me different diagnosis and ALL of them were wrong. Finally went to another doctor and got the correct diagnosis and medication.Doctors are very dismissive and dont listen to you. I have described my situation to a couple of doctors and PAs there, they told me, OK, youve lost me, because there was so much information and history, but NEVER asked for clarification before they told me not to worry about it.I know the doctors have numerous patients they see throughout the day, all with different issues, but if the doctors are not there to help they shouldnt be there. Stop taking money from insurance and medicare and not helping the people that need help!

Terrible place to go in my opinion. I went there about two weeks ago with some chest congestion and a cough. I’m not sure the doctors name but she didn’t listen to anything I said that was wrong. First off they sent me to my car and then called me which I don’t understand how you diagnose somebody like that. Anyways the doctor proceeded to tell me I had symptoms I didn’t have and ignored what was actually wrong. So here I am still dealing with the same problems I was having when I went In there. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible! Whenever I tried confirming appointments or changing them, they wouldnt answer. Once they answered, giggled then hung up. Ridiculous. Also, without asking or simply informing me, the gynecologist had a student in the room & was teaching her while examining me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I would have appreciated if theyd at least asked beforehand.

Poor service we had a phone appt did not want to give antibiotics said we had to come in as a walk-in and when we did they will not accept her she has to come every day to see if they can accept her. Ever since covid it has been such a hassle even to speak to someone. They never answer the phone, they have you in hold at least for 1/2 hour when they finally answer.

Got my TB test here. From parking to leaving took less than 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Granted it was a weekday around 2 PM. Cost only $10.25. Unbelievably positive experience.

Staff as distant, and I found them to be miss leading! I feel lied to, nurse was pretending to be a Dr., then told me he couldnt help me! He would refer my case, because he wasnt a Dr! Then I got no referral, just wasnt fun or helpful! Left sad, and unhelped. :(

Worst place ever.Please do yourself a favor.Do not go here.Worst place to have your pregnancy help.My daughters mother had the worst help here. We would always call ask questions. Never given any answers.Especially if you have the help from ERICA OR ERIKA however you spell it. She cannot do her job. At all. No call backs. No help whatsoever ever.9 months later my daughter was born premature.We take her for a follow up after being discharge.Never take your kids here to be seen by the pediatric.DR. wong is the worst.No compassion.Literrly we were told and I quote. I only have 15 min to see the patient. And I cannot evaluate all information Im 15 min. Please come back for a follow up.Does anyone here even know how to do their job. Like they are suppose to be medical professionals. Only reason why we had gone there was because it was close to queen of the valley.Its ridiculous how bad the service is.

This place has the worst call center, you wait 30 minutes or longer to try and make and appointment. Then when you finally make and appointment they still manage to mess it up.

This clinic is rip off. dont ever come for consultation. they are asking for a over the phone consultation of $240.00. my in law just needed a prescription discount due to she is visiting as tourist and no insurance. they are asking the old lady for that rate. more than her needed prescription.to to think they are goverment funded and would help patients with special situation.you will die poor if you come here. be aware

I had been here for more than 8 years already. Their service improved a lot in the past few year. The front desk staff and the Doctors are all nice and patiently.

I have been coming here since they were bungalows.... As of 2014 it all went down hill. A pediatrician told my daughter you dont want to be fat like mommy Dr. Wong thank you for that. On top of the hours long wait with an appointment. So dumb.Anyhow. Once I found out Dr. Osorio was leaving, I left too. She was the only reason to stay. With her guidance I was able to get healthy. Im done with that place now. Never again. I think I had better service with them when they were little bungalows.Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I went there earlier today because of a slip and fall was and still in pain. They refused to treat me because I had a headache. HELLO SLIP and FALL! Was supposed to get a phone call from the doctor by 3:50PM, Its now4:30PM no phone call tried to reach them and just get continued recording. Total joke of a place.

They never pick up the phone. They rarely return my calls. When I do get someone I can never schedule to see my primary doctor. Its always someone different which leaves me in a difficult place. I have to explain my self again. It is 50 times more difficult to get diagnosed.

Truly unbelievable!I waited 3 hours on a phone call for no one to pick up! As always it takes forever if they do pickup. Im trying to get a refill prescription sent to my pharmacy. I will not come here again, Im disappointed in their customer service.

Visited the clinic 2 days ago to get a flu shot and I don’t encounter any problems whatsoever. The staff who gave me a shot was so nice. Clinic is highly recommended.

I showed up to this place for an er follow up. Confirmed at er I was 7 weeks pregnant. When I asked for an ob appt they said I could only get a pregnancy confirmation, that if I wanted to see the dr id have to wait 3 weeks after the pregnancy confirmation. I made no deal of it. I finally meet dr. Waziri (ob) and he noticed my asthma and got me an appt with asthma specialists down stair dr ding. Well dr ding told me she didnt treat pregnant women with asthma and asked who is dr waziri to send you to me, youre high risk they wont see you anymore , I see a transfer request to usc. I left scared And crying. Next day at OB appt I tell waziri what ding said youre not high risk you and baby are ok who is dr. Ding to say that anyway fast forward. I have a misscarriage at 4 months... all the nurses knew me by then because I had extreme hyperemesis while pregnant and they all saw me crying the day I was misscarring. A week later I call for help . I needed to see my therapist I was drinking and mourning I needed help. I spoke to the counselor erika and she never called me back.... I went to my ob after my d&c and the nurse had me signing papers left to right . I asked what they were for to do the 2nd part of down syndrome screening my heart sank and I asked yeah to what baby .

If you are not hispanic avoid this clinic. As a black woman, I was mistreated and denied service. My appointment was cancelled, and I was told conflicting information about my insurance from employees. My financial information was yelled out in the clinic, and I left in tears. I do not recommend this place!

I take back my positive review...this place is a nightmare. They forgot to send off my sons blood samples. the blood samples went bad and they want more now...what a joke. If they cant simple hand over blood samples to lab I dont trust them with anything else. if you can just avoid this place...also look around on the floor when you get there...there will be roaches.

My doctors changed so many time I have to beg to get treated for what I go in for becauze they never have time for the patient. I have to constantly come back for the same thing when it could be situated if they could only keep a steady doctor. Maybe My race has some thing to do with it? I dont even know how they in buissness. For the last week the phone operater does not even pick up the phone. My appt was 17th and no one called me for my appt. Like i need a few things taken care of and who you goingto help me ?I left a message with H R and no call back to talk about my concerns. They are not right. I would look else where for sure .

Had scheduled and received both of my Moderna vaccination shots thru East Valley Community Health Center. Appointments went without a hitch and communication was key. Thank you EVCHC and the WCFD for a great experience.

Aside from the extra long waiting times even with an appointment, today I had an extremely bad experience. Today I had a really bad experience with security. When I arrived, this person dressed in regular casual clothes (long white shirt, baggy khaki pants, and Vans) was directing on where to park, etc. I did not know who he was so I drove past him and found parking myself. When I walked past him heading to the lobby, I notice he is wearing just a hat that says security, I asked if he was parking attendant or a security officer, and he identified himself as a security officer. I asked for his name, to which he did not provided and avoided me after that, he did gave me the company he worked for which is Secureplus services. When I called the company to let them know their employee was not in full uniform, which is a HUGE violation with the BSIS that could lead to pretty big fines for the company. Anyhow, the person that answered the phone was not the most professional person ever. He assumed I was lying and was more worried about how i got his number (Im assuming that was probably the owner), I explain to him the situation and he was still not getting the point. I manage security contracts so I know the regulations and the consequences. Anyways, Im still filing a complaint with BSIS and will be contacting am inspector. Several patients that overheard my conversation that I was having and stated that theyve complained to clinic management about it. So it seems like this security guard not being in uniform is a long ongoing issue. is ridiculous, I dont know how even the clinic whis is the client, allows them to operate like that.

I actually have always hatet Doctors. Until I met Dr. Pasi and the Nurses at East Valley. . They have done everything to make me feel like I matter and they really care. Dr. Pasi listens to me and actually wants to help me feel better . Everywhere else I have been I felt like I was just another chart to be pushed thru and my opinion about anything didnt matter.They changed my mind . They are awesome at East Valley.

Front desk are all snubbed, keep chatting and talking in their languages, although they knew you wouldnt understand, they are more concern about their looks, rather than the patient...They barely smile, which is very important to some people who suffered hardship. Thats all and please keep this comment seriously.

I have been a cared patient with EVC for over 15+ years. They helped me with heatstroke, clothing, medicine, and called an ambulance for chest pains from 2 heart attacks. I am grateful for them, the detail in finding from Lab, to Doctor, to Nutritionalist,. Well done, and God Bless U all.

(NO STARS)This place SUCKS!!!!! very inexperienced people work here. Myra the manager at the call center was so RUDE! how is she even the Manager there? I went in and the MA was taking my temperature and she didnt even stick the ear piece in my ear lol she did it on the outside...who does that. I dont understand how this place is open. Whoever goes there you deserve better care and should not put up with what they offer!

I didnt have a choice but to add a star. But this place is horrible, other locations are not bad. Like the one in Covina on college. But this one. In West Covina the staff always seems to never know whats going in. You ask a question. They start running around like a chicken with its head cut off asking someone else,. Then that person doesnt know and here goes that person running around asking someone else. Its crazy. And the operators when you call to try and make an appointment , oh the worst customer service possible, if I was able to jump through the phone. If that was even possible. I would do so and slap the girl on the other end. Its not just one. Its all of them. The training that they had, if any sucks! I suggest to have a meeting with the entire staff at the particular location and reevaluate and go over what customer service really is.

My health insurance assigned me to this clinic. I came in as a walk-in around 3:30 for lower back pain. They had me wait for an hour before attending me just to tell me they weren’t accepting patients anymore, as I was sitting in one of the rooms waiting to see the doctor. Unprofessional and ridiculous. They should have told me that beforehand.

Had an appointment for vaccines for a TWO yr old at 2PM , i arrived at 1PM!!! its 4PM now AS IM WRITTING THIS &all they keep telling me is youre next or she hasnt called u yet!?! WORSE experience having to go thru with a toddler wish they would tell me something about me not having the records ima POP OFFFFFF

Omg this place have the worst customer service ever. Who ever answers the phone are the worst. Instead of helping the patients they are the one whose annoyed and mad. Instead of helping me with my prescriptions they are the one that “can’t really do anything.” The Doctors are good but the customer service SUCKS!!!! Especially the one named REBECCA.

This place sucks not only was I waiting almost an hour to get a TB test when they said I could come in Saturday anytime I came before they were closed and there were no providers. Talk about inconvenience. Not only that anytime any one speaks to me they automatically think I speak Spanish...I am new to this clinic looks like I need to find a different medical clinic any suggestions in the West Covina area ?

Worst place ever. I have been taking my son for the 4th time i didnt get attended for 3 hours didnt get seen by the doctor. Other people came in and right away they called them i went for my sons appointment 1pm came out 4:30 with nothing resolved. Changing my sons to another doctor

I tried to call to make an appointment but the wait time was long so I picked the call back option. My phone rang and I went to answer it and they hung up right when I answered. I remember this place now and I had switched immediately when my son was assigned here. Horrible service!!

People here are so rude.Went to see a doctor and she told me I was too sensitive and paranoid.Tried to make an appointment for counseling, the person in the front tried to deny me and refer me to somewhere else only because English is not my first language. How rude is that?

Its a great clinic and the only reason they arent able to see you before closing is because you decided to walk in instead of making an appointment if they were to put you ahead of all the people who have an appointment and all the people who walked in before you then it wouldnt be fair.

Literally horrible they take forever, I been here since 7:30 they open their doors went to the room around 8:20 did not get seen till after 10 and I had a appointment!!!!All you hear is doctor singing in the hall way nurses laughing and just talking I was in isolation and a nurse cane in and did not even no I was sent to be in there she was suprised .

This place is a mess. Disorganized, no communication, inadequate staff. Im changing my provider. I feel Ive been getting sub-par care for years. My mistake! Do not come here for Covid testing, either. They dont know what TF theyre doing.

The ladys that work here are very nice and sweet. The wait time is a little long but gose by fast I really like this place. Glad i switched.

Called yesterday to get a new referral for a gi (I was hospitalized last week, and needed to follow up) and the next appointment was 3 weeks out due to everyone being out of the office and the lady didnt know what to do, because the dr filling in for mine should have been at the er).. they set an appointment for me this morning to which I never received a call. When I called and asked, they said my number was invalid... I have had the same number over 10 years..They are so unprofessional, from the primary, to the gyno which made me wait 2 hours in a waiting room and made me go off and force them to give me a new dr so I could come back home and be the caregiver for my 90 year old great grandma.. over 2 weeks to get results back...If you dont have serious issues and its like a cold or flu, you will be fine. If you have preexisting conditions, or medical issues, PLEASE find another place. I will be. This is a joke!

This place is a joke, they have the most terrible unprofessional customer service and health team Ive ever seen and Im not sure how they manage to stay open because they dont even provide mild quality care. And good luck trying to get someone on the phone smh WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE FIRED and replaced with competent people.

DRS dont know what theyre doing went in the dr said i had gastritis was there for 4 hrs just for her to tell me that then two hour wait at the pharmacy please later went to Citrus hospital and told me what was actually wrong . I dont recomend this place at all .........

The receptionist Angelica is really rude and disrespectful to the patients I have witnessed and today it was my turn, she is really mean for no reason.

This place is horrible, never heard of a place that treats pregnant women but dont give ultrasounds, just referral to other places for one.

Worst place to go had a sore throat inflammation can’t even talk they told me they couldn’t do nothing or prescribe anything told me to go to my primary doctor but my primary doctor was close and schedule an appointment for this location also was on hold for about two hours and it’s the same thing to the location in la puente I would recommend to changing clinics if they give you this one

They definitely find a way to help everyone, regardless of insurance situation. Staff is friendly. They even have free HIV testing. You can be in and out the door in 15 minutes.

Thanks to there front desk nurses , not only was my apointment screwed up ... it took me 8 hours to be seen by another doctor ... they also have a new doctor name kylie ... hes a real hack ... dose not like to listen or help his patients ... thanks east valley ... because you screwed my day and made me wait till 8 oclock to see a doctor ... ive missed my last bus home and i have to sleep out on the street ...the staff cant even live up to the first rule of the ama patient code of ethics ... la county hospital is better then this place ...

All those unnecessary comments made by staff, assumptions based on false psychological medical history are not good for they community. They will know why this was rated the way it is. Maintain the peace. Do to others as you would want done to you.

These people are rude and when I needed help with my state papers to sign they were talking loud and getting aggressive.

EVCHC is an excellent medical facility. Appointments are easy and everything is on time. Everyone is helpful and efficient.

I just came for some std check test however they request me to change dr plan I thought they don’t focus on health insurance only offer std check or anything I see it as doctor not clinic

My son and I both come here and we have a good service every time we come. It is a busy location but overall good service

This place never call u back for test results, not evem when you leave messages for them to call you for results, been waiting for a phone call for over a month now, before that they sent the approval request for my insurance to get x rays done and 2 months passed by and nothing had to call back to see what happened they said we forgot to send the request but well send today, they finally did, now that I got X rays done they havent told me the results and I keep leaving messages for a month and a half now😡

As many mentioned, I also felt the service was bad, too many excuses, too little truth...

I think the wait time was a little lengthy considering I had a set appointment time.The restrooms could use updating!

Finally I got to see dr in person and she didn’t point out my needs to get blood work done

Everyone extremely kind and professional (elaine juanico and maria at reception..). i was esp impressed by the price of meds in the pharmacy.(at college st. facility in covina)

Even with an appt it takes forever to be seen. And the little security gaurd thinks hes the chief of police, parking is horrible.

Im starting my day badly, how can it be possible that the security guard is so arrogant and treats people so badly that the clinic looks very bad, I couldnt wait to go into my office, where someone who lives there can complain. kindness on his part or definitely move him because he treats people very badly and does his job badly.

Very bad service. Starting with the RN, Vicky doesnt listen to you and examine you. I needed my medications that I have been using for years and they didnt give it to me and I sent one to the pharmacy and with the wrong dosage. Very unprofessional. He doesnt answer, nor do they return calls. From office it takes a while to call and they are not friendly at all, they are working with humans I hope the Robots come soon, those are going to work properly

Most of the time you have to wait a long time to make an appointment at this clinic. However, they are a chain store. The East Valley in Pomona has better services, while the East Valley in west Covina has worse services.

This clinic in West Covina has several front desks with poor service attitude and no patience at all. I am thinking of changing clinics.

They are very kind people, who treat patients with a lot of respect and dedication. It may take a while for someone to be seen but I think it is fair because it is a very accessible clinic. Thank you for your importance to the patients!

I don’t know why I made several appointments to see a doctor in this hospital. I was told to call the doctor, but I waited for an hour at home and waited for no call. I couldn’t come to the hospital. I wanted to ask what was going on, but I made an appointment with you. The next time, three times, the result was the same. Just like that, I kept making appointments again and again, and I didn’t know if I would make an appointment next time or not. It was so depressing.

Terrible reception staff, they are asked to answer necessary information to the pharmacist in 2 days and they have not answered, very slow for information, Im here, its the same because I need my medication and Im already waiting for an hour, they go inside, they go to Have lunch regardless of whether you are waiting for the information

There are more services than sedans, the purchase is fast, it is easy to see a doctor, the dental service is very good, the doctors and nurses are very nice and friendly.

It is a very bad clinic to make an appointment, it is very difficult, they almost never answer you, very bad clinic, I regret having chosen them.
