I don’t go to doctors, I don’t do blood work, I have post traumatic stress disorder. Tanisha,Antonine, Rebecca, and Dr Lerebours need a raise. They got me through an appointment and even did blood work. I will only work with them, for the rest of my life. They played Rihanna for me, and even held my hand. Thank you for being the best staff, and so kind, and putting up with me. I can’t thank you enough xx

Amazing service from the receptionists and specifically a nurse named Tanesha. I came in so anxious and was reassured and offered the best care and options for birth control and pregnancy by her. Definitely will be returning and encourage any young person who is in need of sexual health care to come here.

My visit with Nurse Tanisha today was fantastic. She was extremely patient, comforting and very resourceful. She tried her best to address all my questions even though it may have been a lot but she made me feel welcomed and even help alleviate my stress before and after my exam. I recommend anyone who wants to have a visit to come to Fort Greene PHS clinic and ask for Nurse Tanisha. Thank you again PHS for having such a Gem work within your clinic and provide care to the community.

Where do I begin? Let’s start with when I first discovered this place via google. I was in search of a women’s health clinic in my area and discovered this gem. From the moment I scheduled an appointment I felt so welcome by Ms.Soto. She was extremely attentive, a good listener and very helpful. I arrived to my appointment and was greeted with open arms. Check in was smooth, wait time was quick and the medical assistants were excellent. I felt at home as if I known these individuals forever. Ms. Tanisha is truly heaven sent. Her approach was gentle, her communication was superb and you can tell that she genuinely loves what she does. The doctor I seen was phenomenal. She gave me her undivided attention and provided me with information I needed and provided a solution. She’s the best! I’m glad to say I found my medical clinic. Thank you all for your help and assistance. You guys are appreciated! Keep making a difference. Us women need it.

Excellent service. I went to this clinic to remove my subdermal contraceptive implant and to undergo STI tests. The staff at this center are very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Administrative assistance begins with a smile and from there everything goes very well. The medical staff is excellent, everyone cares that the patient is well, and they do the necessary exams. The truth is that the service is wonderful.

I also want to thank them for making me super comfortable while i was there . Everything was so quick & easy . They made sure i got everything that i needed before I left . Doctors and nurses are amazing and very kind. They really go the extra mile to help you. Receptionists overall good except the lady you first see once you walk in. She is very rude and talks to you like you’re an idiot. Definitely could be better.

From the moment I got off the elevator I was greeted with the most welcoming and polite staff. The nurses, doctors, and receptionist were all super friendly and helpful answered all questions. They follow Covid protocols I felt safe, welcomed, and left happy to have gone. I went last min for a birth control refill and left so amazed from the service from the staff that I’m switching over to come regularly for my obgyn needs. & I received a 2trip metrocard at the end of my visit what a pleasant surprise. Im writing this review as Im waiting here to make my appointment to get my results in three weeks. First of all i want to say Im very glad I choose to come here, this place is a gem in disguise. Everyone one has been so nice and respectful and kind; the nurses and the doctor.Yes, you definitely need to have spare time when you come here but I think is worth. I arrived at 11:30 am and is 2:30 pm but they did everything I came here for : blood work for STDs, pap smear, pregnancy test, HIV test.

Bonus 2 trip metrocard given at the end of visit 😊I came here for gyn care when I didn’t have insurance, and they helped me get Medicaid for future medical care. I’ve been to other gynecologists since but realized I was most comfortable here. I think because of the high turnaround in patients and that it’s a government clinic, I know that the doctors and nurses are very familiar with procedures and are all very kind and unbiased.I’ve had some bad experiences with the office staff which put me off and kept me away for a while, but they have since gotten nicer. Perhaps they received complaints about previous behavior.Although I have the option of going to an actual gynecologist instead of a clinic, I think I will stick with this place and will be making my appointment for my physical coming up. 😊

Usually a wait but worth it. The staff are nice. The doctors make sure they sit without rushing to answer questions and make you feel secure. I was here for my pregnancy. Great place.Update: the wait is no longer that long. Usual wait time now if you come on time for your appointment is 10-20 minutes before you are called.

Everybody was such great help and gave me a lot of information. I felt all my concerns and worries were addressed, and they went above and beyond. definitely coming back here.

The lady who took my weight and blood pressures know little about her job, asked way too much and is very nosy and judgmental. Recommend NOT to go there and NOT to tell those nurses more than they need to know, leave it to the doctor.

Dr.Lockley is very professional and sweet. Love having access to a great Black woman gyno.

I use to come here for prenatal, it was nice .But GOD I’m trying to come back two years later , and literally NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE lmaoooooo at all , then when I finally got sis , she said she’ll call me back took my name and number AND NEVER DID .. I call in the morning , afternoon ... just in case you missed it ... I CALL IN THE MORNING ‼️‼️‼️ HOW ARE THE PHONE LINES BUSY ?! Simply disappointed. So I switched 👋🏻

I have never been waiting for so long in any paces ever before. It took me three hours to be here to do a regular procedure. Today, they have checked me in after 30 minutes since I have arrived because the nurses were talking about how she was late for the bus.
