I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years now, and I felt welcoming and respected by the staffs. Dr. Dekyi, medical assistant and Miss Sharon was very nice to me and patient. The time management is also good, they don’t take long to see me and they also keep things organized. I highly recommend this place.

This doctors office is the truth. Everyone that I came in contact with especially Calvin the guy that takes your blood. He wears yellow and purple he was a sweetheart. I barely felt him put the needle in. and I don’t do needles I strongly suggest you guys come visit this place. They are very respectful and they are clean. I’m not gonna tell you a lie sit down long, but it was worth it too, but it shall get better time you sit and wait if your time to be there is 9 o’clock you’re not seen until 1030. The sit time is just a little bit long. Other than that I give this a five stars. The doctor was awesome a lot of smiles and he’s very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable, the nurses are wonderful as well strongly suggest you go visit this place. They have everything on site that I ran into. We’re very nice and respectful. Out of all my 49 years this is the best doctors office yet no exaggeration whoever the owner is he should be proud of his workers, especially Calvin and the doctor deckie The girls at the front desk could be a little bit more respectful and not so negative but other than that, I had an awesome experience the girls at the Front Desk attitude check

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes before the appointment time. I am new patient and was registered within minutes. I saw the gynecologist they were very patient with me especially because I had to take my baby to my appointment. The doctor was willing to accommodate my questions and concerns and the nurse was very efficient. I was even given the option to select a telephone follow up visit to discuss my results. When you arrive take the elevator to the second floor for women’s health.

Currently Ive been attending this health center and Ive never felt more ignored. I was told they would ensure to get back to me especially because I felt as if my reproductive system was at risk. Even after I expressed my concerns about the urgency and being told they understand I have fallen through the cracks again Im am back to square one and Im really uncomfortable here and still havent received treatment for my problem. The doctor came in and left today without even contacting me as if I hadnt waited and made multiple notes to get back to me.i do well for advocating for myself and it sucks having to be vulnerable and advocate to people who dont care. I feel if you didnt want to treat me you shouldve just asked me to go elsewhere. This is disgusting and Im glad to see so far Im the only one who was affected.

Amazing doctor and place but if someone has an appointment, why should they be seen 3 hours later? People have stuff to do and jobs to work. Unacceptable. Never had this issue before.

Those 5 star reviews have to be a lie. This place is horrible and unprofessional. They definitely need new staff. I had an appointment at 10am and wasn’t seen till 12 going on 1 !!!!!! I have never been to an appointment anywhere and waited 3 hours to be seen. They don’t apologize or tell you what’s going on they just get attitudes. And then the nurse put in fake information saying I refused to get my blood pressure taken. Because I asked her I don’t understand why I have to wait so long like what’s going on. I guess she was having a bad day. But I definitely don’t play that weird stuff. Playing with somebody medical record. They just act lost and confused just professionally answer the question. I’m not the only one who asked. You go here you’ll be sitting around with a bunch of upset people wondering why we came early to leave when there closed. New staff or something. I know it’s in a certain area but like we can’t have nothing nice. Do better. 0 stars

First time visiting..happy to choose this place.The front desk was very welcoming and nice... A warm and friendly environment. I did not wait longer than Denisa and Doctor Heather were very kind and professional while interacting with me. Left the place more happy and positive 😊

I love coming to Doral. Im happy this company is here. The entire staff treats me great. All my questions are answered promptly. I dont spend the day there. My appointment is for 2:45 by 3pm Im being seen. Keep up the great work!!!

This was my first time going to this doctors office and I must say out of all of the doctors offices that I have been to this one gets 100 real talk. The doctor was a sweetheart Calvin the guy that draws the blood oh my God if you do not like needles, this guy is the one I swear on my child I did not even know he stuck me. That’s how light handed he is Here please ask for Calvin only to draw blood. This guy is amazing and he’s a sweetheart just so you don’t make a mistake. He likes purple and yellow. He stands out. He has a Global charm on his chain this is awesome young man. He is the main reason besides the doctor that I will be coming back to this place. like I didn’t even feel it anytime there’s another young lady Light Skin with glasses her name is Sharon such a sweetheart. She scheduled all my appointments for me and was so kind and respectful thank you Sharon. Thank you Calvin. I appreciate you and Dr. Dekyi he was my physician. He’s such a sweetheart very kind, young man all smiles. The entire staff made me feel comfortable. I simply must say you all must try this doctors office. They have everything on site and it’s very clean and smells good on down to the staff is downstairs on the first floor that greets you, thank you so much for making me feel comfortable guys. My Doctor is Giovanni Etienne. I began meeting with her earlier this year February. In our first appointment, I felt she was patient, understanding, and most importantly caring of my concerns. She immediately was able to begin treatment plan for me. I am happy to say that after my first two appointments eoth her, my anxieties ceased. I feel like myself again and have this woman to thank for helping me in my most dire need of help.

This establishment is the worst for time management. I was scheduled for 11:45am and told to arrive 10-15 minutes before my appointment for processing. I showed up and checked in at 11:15am giving ample time for processing. However my name wasnt called until 1:30pm. The nurse taking my vitals took my BP and Temperature. But I had to remind her to take my height and weight. I then remained another hour before seeing the doctor at 2:30pm. I explained to the Doctor why I was there and he said he would send some medications to the pharmacy. I was discharged by 2:45pm. When I went to the pharmacy they told me there were no prescriptions and advised me to call the Dr office to confirm. I called the office and was told the Dr hadnt put in for any medicine and that Id have to schedule another visit to get prescription refills. This establishment has no respect for peoples time and discomfort during illnesses. And has repeatedly shown no regards for aiding in bettering the health of patients. DO NOT GO HERE.

Friendly staff no matter the outcome whether theyre in a bad mood or having a bad day; I really like this place. It takes a ruthless neighborhood to find nice staff.

I had Kate as the medical assistant today I have to say she was great sweet and simple very quick and felt very comfortable. Dr crev is also an amazing doctor . Would highly recommend this place to friends and family

Going to doctor appointments are never fun, but today’s appointment was amazing. I had an appointment today and I was seen by one of the MA’s (Kate) I haven’t seen her in a while due to her being on maternity leave. She greeted me with such a big smile and we had an amazing conversation, I almost forgot I was at the doctors. We need more people with big smiles like her in the medical field.

Dr Carena Walcott is the best. Always thorough and on point. Always feel comfortable with her. Explains everything I ask about my health. Wish more doctors were like her.

The receptionist and doctor seemed very lazy and unequipped to function the (noticeably) small urgent care clinic. They refused to give me a basic physical for my job for no reason whilst the only sick patients sat in the waiting room unattended. They just lacked a sense of urgency and productivity that an urgent care should have.

Love it here ... every staff and Dr was nice and kind well respectfully fast and efficient ms Porter was very informative about all my questions... and I received and new patient gift.... thank them all for making me feel absolutely great

I had a very good experience with the cardiologist. I got a very good understanding about my health and we had a good conversation. Plus he was on time and I accomplished a great deal.

Ive been coming to this Health & Wellness for several months now and the Drctors and staff are excellent I would recommend family and friends to go there.

No one in this practice seems to have ever met one another before. I made an appointment via phone to have my IUD removed and a new one inserted. I received about 100 texts and phone calls leading up to my appointment reminding me of the appointment. I arrive at the facility and was told the provider doesnt do IUD removal in the afternoon. Receptionist told me he wouldnt see me at all, although he was present, even to prescribe the new IUD so I could have it for a future visit. She scheduled me for a future visit (which I had to take time off work for, because it had to be in the morning for a reason never explained to me). I also scheduled the insertion appointment then and there (which had to be on a separate day at least a week later, for a reason never explained). Upon arriving for my removal appointment, the provider let me know that the office doesnt do IUD insertion at all -- they could, however, prescribe me one that I would have to pick up and bring elsewhere. I was also told over the phone and at my first appointment (that I was turned away from) that my copay was $0, when it was actually $30. Why didnt the front desk say I couldnt get an IUD inserted when I made my appointment? Why didnt the scheduling service I called to make the appointment know about the time restrictions or the fact that they dont insert IUDs? Why does no one actually know which services are available (and when theyre available)?The PA I saw was lovely, however, and made me feel very comfortable. Its unfortunate when caring and competent providers are trapped in clerical nightmares of an office.

I had an excellent experience with Ms Walcott and Ms Sharon very nice and friendly and gave a great recommendation id definitely be coming back for as long as i can ☺️

I actually found this Urgent Care, on my way to another one. The other one was closed. I remembered seeing this one on Flatlands. I arrived the service was professional and friendly. I did not set in their waiting room all day, they respected my time. I realized that they have a GYN Dr. on site as well as a Medical Doctor. This is an all in one, these busy days this work for me.Glad the other urgent care was closed. This is my new health spot. They treat people like people. My daughter and I were impressed.Thank you,Karen

Every visit I had was always amazing.Dr Walcott is so pleasant and knowledgeable in her work beautiful person inside and out. I even recommend my children to her.

This day program is ok but they don’t do nothing but play games I wanted to come here to learn money managing and math but they don’t do it there. They have so much trip but you only could go if you have money. They don’t have job skills they have cooking classes but is so boring. They don’t take you outside do activities you have to tell them in the day program if you want to go or not some people be inside the day program and they well only let you go if you want to go. Is nothing to learn to get your goals

Kate is the sweetest kindest lady there. She made me feel so comfortable. I recommend her.. she actually listens and talks. And gives great advice.

As a first time pt I got the help I needed, Kate one of the medical assistants had Bern very nice to me and caring, I did not feel rushed out definitely bringing my family here

My experience was fair, but my Dr. Fremiln, Dekyi would never showed up for more than one of my follow up appointments I would constantly show up on time and Wait hours without notifying me before that hes not in the office. He is suppose to be looking out for my health, I am sick and tired enough is enough. I will be changing my doctor.

Awesome service from start to finish. All the workers - paramedical and medical staff were well behaved, accommodating and of tremendous assistance. A very good medical facility with all the disciplines and well qualified personnel.

Had an excellent visit sept 5. Two things stood out. Didn’t have no previous record of my visit back in 2022. Also I wasn’t informed Dr Walcott was on a video call with other doctors/ nurses while speaking to me about my personal information. Sharon was great. She gave me a lot of feedback for my upcoming visits. Thank you

I would say the *only* problem i had was the wait time but when don’t you ever wait in a medical office. everyone was very nice to me from the front desk to the actual doctor. the doctor was so helpful and informative about what i need for my health issue. i have a dermatology appointment there as well and im pretty confident im going to get the same thorough help i got for my ophthalmology appointment.

I love this place! Today I took my mom to Dr Serge Balmir. He such a great doctor. I met Crystal, Shay, Dionsha, Sharon very nice people, they make you feel comfortable there. These people deserve a bonus and raise. Its hard to find good people, theyre good assets to your company. This place smells so good and its clean. I will be looking into changing my doctors to come over here. I met Thalia, Dr. Fremlin, and his Assistant. Omg! These people who work over there are so nice. I really love this place. Im glad I changed my mom doctor to over there. We feel comfortable there!

If I could give this place a ZERO, I WOULD!!!!!! The first time there, I went 1hour before my appointment. I got there at 3 and my appointment was for 4:30pm. I signed in, when I checked my portfolio, it says my appointment was canceled. I went to the front desk and they said the doctor came to work 2 hours late. I waited, waited... I got to see the doctor. I called to schedule an appointment to speak with my doctor. I got the appointment and the date, the date of my appointment, I realize nobody called! My appointment was for 2pm. I was waiting by my phone by 1:30pm.. I waited!! I called at 2:30pm, I was told my appointment was canceled because the doctor called at 12pm and nobody answered. Safe to say, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY called my phone!... I was later told that the system is having problem. Ok, fear enough, I was booked for the next day at 3pm. I was sent a link, I signed on to that link at 2:30pm, and it said your appointment is canceled I called yet again and giving the run around. I wouldnt recommend to not even a dog to step foot in this facility! They dont care about your health! When you do call to speak to someone, theyll give you the run around until they cut the phone off. Take your chances else where, i would never recommend this place! Neber !!

I came to see Pain Management and I saw a new Medical assistant named Kate and she was excellent. Very professional and proficient. I highly recommend Doral Health for all your health care needs.

What a waste of time. I was called several times to confirm my appointment; even twice today on the day of!!! Arrived on time for my and waited an hour just to be told the providers are all going on a 45 minute lunch break. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. I respect the need for breaks but that’s ridiculous to leave when clients have been waiting to be seen. Most offices won’t schedule appointments during lunch hour. What’s even more frustrating is that could have been communicated rather than having me sit in the waiting room. Now I’ve just wasted 2 hours of my time and have to go late to my other appointments today. Honorable mention to the receptionist who was friendly & kind enough to inform me about the delay when I asked.

Very pleased with the front office staff here very professional. Also the new dermatologist is very hands on, polite & knowledgeable. There was not a long wait to see the doctor and I was in and out within an hour. The staff also follows up with you the next day. Great experience.

Seen the podiatrist on September 17, 2024 , the service was great & my foot been feeling a lot better. Also MA Sharon & Kate were very attentive and made me feel comfortable.

Absolutely loved this place the office is sleek, clean, and smells good. My appointment was at the flatlands location. I was greeted by Christelle and Aveian at the front desk and they made sure everything was straight so that I can have smooth appointment. Nurse Ufeta never cease to fail me. All three ladies were so sweet and helpful.

If you’re trying to find mental health resources I would definitely recommend a second opinionIn reply to the response asking about the concerns of my appointment.I was seen for a first time psychiatric appointment for trying to help my anxiety. The psychiatric nurse practitioner met me for 17 minutes and was very nice at first but kept cutting me off which led to her misdiagnosing me and proscribing medication I did not need. And was also way too high, especially for someone who is already on medication. I fell unconscious because of this for about a minute causing everyone to believe I was dead or something. I went to the hospital and the doctors as well as the pharmacist said it was extremely inappropriate to one, diagnose someone after one visit especially a 17 minute visit when those are supposed to be minimum 60 minutes. They also said the medication was started at way too high a dosage and should’ve been started at 2mg instead of 10mg. When I called the practitioner to tell her I wouldn’t take the medication again and to tell her what happened there was no accountability for her wrong doing and tried to gaslight me by saying the medication doesn’t cause any of the side effects even though it was already established by at least three other medical professionals at this point this was the cause, she told me it was just my anxiety and next time just wait til the next appointment to tell her. I was told by every other medical professional which was thankfully so much better and made me realize how badly she did her job that this was medical malpractice and she’s lucky if I don’t end up suing.So back to my first comment, if something doesn’t feel right get a second opinion because if the experience was anything like mine, it mostly isn’t right.

My experience with Kate has been great this facility has saved my life and grateful for Doral. They saved my foot from getting amputated and the medical assistant Kate just makes it even better with her pure kindness and care for me

Clinic was very clean. Reception was very helpful and my nurse was awesome. Dr. Walcott attentive to all my needs. The best part is there is multiple services such as, OBGYN, PCP, ophthalmologist and pharmacy to name a few. There is also a check out section making exiting a breeze. Thalia was a delight at check out. Oh let’s not forget the televisit for results.

I had an appointment at 8 and the place opened at 8. Only one employee was there and no reception but that’s not the worse part. I was discharged at the hospital 8/3 and I was supposed to do a follow up one week later with my primary care doctor. I called but there was no appointment available until September. Idk how that makes sense but I went September 11th and the doctor wasn’t there and no one called me to cancel my appointment, one staff was there in morning and she rescheduled my appointment for the 9/16, so I was okay and I went there at 8am and there’s no doctor and only one person. She told me I can leave and reschedule because I gotta go to work and she doesn’t know what time the doctor is coming so I did. I call immediately to make an appointment and they don’t want to squeeze me in. I even ask to be sent at any other location. They really don’t care about my well being. I feel like I’m begging to see a doctor. He has been 6 weeks since I left the hospital and I still haven’t see the doctor. Please do not go this place!!!! It’s not worth it, you can’t say i didn’t warn you

Yesterday was my first time meeting Dekyi and I got nothing but a very bad impression of him . I usually don’t do bad reviews or review period . But this time I really have to Dekyi was very unprofessional, and rude careless. It was my first time meeting him and he didn’t even greet himself. He didn’t even say hello. He came in he was speaking with someone on the phone for like five minutes. He was not paying attention at all. He was just rushing because he was leaving. He even took Lab Coat in front of me.

Im not exaggerating when I say that Dr. Giovanni Etienne saved my life. Her expertise helped me out of a very dark place. Shes a blessing.

I visit the podiatrist Dr.Mandil (hopefully I spelled it right) who was so helpful and knew what he is doing. Sharon who always helps me with scheduling who so polite and just full of energy. I would recommend anyone to go here and check all services they provide and they take insurances.

Came to see the dermatologist was helped by the nurse Kate and her student Iquesha they were a great help very concerned about my care and how I was doing.

It was my first time visiting this center for a check up after having a terrible experience at a different doctor’s office.Solange was so nice when taking my vitals especially since I have anxiety and get white coat syndrome at the doctor’s and she was kind and patient enough to retake them after I calmed down.Dr. Walcott was patient, thorough, and I felt well examined and listened to. I’m excited to come back and go over my results.Sharon helped me get discharged and set up all my follow up appointments. My mom and I even got welcome gifts.I have nothing but good things to say. I was left with a very great first impression and I feel like my health is in good hands with this medical office.

My experience was nice, it was fast and efficient. The Medical Assistant was great she get me out of there in no time I will definitely recommend.

I had an appointment for 11am and arrived at 1030am. The facility overall is very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was seen at around 1:30-2:00pm. Although the wait is long my new primary care doctor Mr. Dekyi was very thorough about every concern I brought up and made the proper referrals. He overall has more interest in his patients health wise than my last pcp and is taking the proper channels to ensure I receive the best health care. I have no plans on changing my PCP anytime soon. I’m satisfied with the services rendered and all the specialties they have.

The service was great, the doctor explained everything that I understood. The personnel was kind but the wait time was over an hour :-( Definitely going back because the doctor was great once I got to see her. Thank you for the service.

I recently made a visit at Doral health and wellness after being rescheduled 10000x Sharon & Hadarrah assisted me and went above and beyond to make sure I get the help I needed !! I genuinely appreciate ppl like this !! They both made sure I was 10000% satisfied before leaving !

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life of checking for my eyes. I set an appointment a week before for Dr. William Buttler and I confirmed everything with my job and got my days off which aligned with my appointment. I received a text confirming the appointment and that my copay was $0 but on the day before the appointment I wS told $10 even though I have proof of the copay i was quoted. I received about 3 dozen text message reminders and calls about the appointment which I repeatedly confirmed?On the day of the appointment at around 12, I got a call asking me if I would like to reschedule because the doctor is behind by 2 hours. I told the girl I cannot because while he has stuff to do that made him behind. I have a life that I planned according to the things I have to do and I cannot reschedule because I lost my glasses and quite frankly him being late has nothing to do with my schedule. She said ok. I gave them enough time and I called again and I advised someone that I would go at 2/2:20 pm and they confirmed that it was ok. I drove all the way from New Jersey and came here to be told that my appointment was cancelled because the dr is behind and I did not show. Yet I already called and told them that I will give them some time rather than to sit in a waiting for 2 hours which was no fault of mine. They ended up checking me in and told me again that there was a 2 hour wait and I said ok, I am going to go and come back, how will I know that the dr is ready for me? The receptionist explicitly told me that there is a 2 hour wait time because at 2:30 the dr is still on his 11:00 appointment. I said fine, i left because I had another appointment that I was going to miss because I set them far apart but due to the dr being late it messed my entire day up. I called back about 30 minutes after and was told that the dr is leaving at 4 and that they went outside to look for me. The same thing you are thinking would be the same thing that I am thinking. Why would they be looking for me 30 minutes in when I already told them that i am leaving because I cannot stick around for 2 hours. I wasted my entire day because of a dr that was late which had nothing to do with me or is a fault of mine. Even if the dr is going to be late you dont know what people’s commute for an appointment is going to be. Why not call in advance? The day starts at 8am and you choose to call me an hour before my appointment to cancel?? I will never book with you guys ever again. I prefer to do without Glasses if this is my last resort.

It was a very nice the doctors were professional they have a lot of things for wellness on site therapy is very good there so farI go to the day program downstairs they are very nice people running it and very helpful clients are mostly friendlyBreakfast and lunch is very good its a very nice place bingo you win prizes I do art I am now drawing and painting more again a very good place

My visit on 8/21/24 was amazing. The assistants that I received from the staff overall was fast and compassionate towards my health.

Please don’t call to make an appointment, you might get a very rude man . I will not add his name but if you got him or experienced him you know who I’m talking about , the call center is not connected to the office . The people in the office are polite and very helpful and attentive.

My first visit today with dr dessner and Kate. They were both phenomenal and got new prescription for my glasses I would recommend this place to friends and family

Update: went back for my yearly physical, and it was another amazing experience. Got blood drawn again, and the nurse was really quick and efficient. I’m also really impressed with the care person assigned to me, as they called me before my appointment and asked if I needed to update the doctor with any questions or concerns. I felt thoroughly taken care of.Doctors and nurses were extremely friendly and attentive. I usually have a hard time getting blood drawn, but the nurse was really efficient and she asked how I was doing throughout the entire process. I felt like I was in very good and knowledgeable hands.

My experience was well above excellent I am so happy visiting there and I will recommend to everyone if my family and friends what a wonderful experience may God blessed you all in everything you all do when it comes to patients care

I’ve been going to This facility for over a year now and I must say that every time I go, I have a great experience the doctors are really nice there and all the staff. I just had a visit Tuesday August 27 and it was so quick and fast. I really love this place they’re so nice and respectful and the manager is really awesome. She’s always been so helpful to me the Spanish lady.

I was able to secure an appointment with the dermatologist. She was professional and knowledgeable. Diagnosed my skin condition immediately and provide a prescription that I was always to pick up at the facility pharmacy before leaving. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family. Facility is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and professional. All that you need under one roof.

I so want to give them 0 stars and a funky review! Reason being I feel like I wasted my time! I was told to follow-up with the original surgeon who treated me. I understand, however, still didnt want to hear that! The facility was clean. There was literally NO WAIT TIME, the doctor and his assistant were warm, friendly and thorough professionals and the rest of the staff were friendly (except 1 receptionist, who acted as though her speaking to you was a privilege... theres always that 1 b@#$&.) Aside from her, it was an overall good experience. Yes, I will surely go back AND recommend this clinic to others!

My experience with Doral medical has been really Great from the other medical facility Naming BMS I just wasn’t satisfied with trusting them with my health problems any more so when I switch to Doral I found it to be so surprising that the Doctors spent time talking to me and listening to what I had to say I am so Glade that there are people who do care about others who have a chance in life to live a better quality of life Thank God for Doral Medical now I must say that the Doral that I go to is at 1797 Pitkin Ave has gave me the upmost respect and I Never had any problems with appointments or if I had a problem it was surely taken care of I appreciate and so glade that my choice to switch over was a true blessing and I thank you so much.

The wait time and unprofessionalism from some of the staff has always been an issue, BUT my doctor was amazing, so I continued to go there.My doctor recently retired, and I was transferred to another physician.. my experience was horrible!!While in the waiting room, this physician regular patents were very upset and complained of him always being late in which delays all of his appointments.After waiting 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room, then another 40 minutes in the exam room for a visit that was 5mins. he finally came strolling in the room very nonchalant and failed to address the reason I was there.That was my first time with him and my last time at Doral!

Super Friendly staff, quick in pace, Sharon is the sweetest. Recommend if you want to be in and out fast and leave with a smile on your face!

I had an excellent experience at Doral Health. The front desk staff, nurses, and doctors were all friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return in the future.

Terrible service, the first day was fine and the rest was horrible, at one time the appointment was made and they attended to you after the time and you arrived a few minutes late and they cancelled the appointment.

Sharon gave me some lovely treats after my appointment, it was nice.

I always have a good experience at this Doral medical office. The staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I especially appreciate that they have a big TV in their waiting toom as well as a big glass enclosure with beautiful birds in it, but I do wish they would give the birds a bird bath, or fountain, or a large size elevated dish of water to splash around in and bathe themselves, and open the shades around their enclosure so they can see outside.

Very Gentle and soft spoken. Wait time varies however after you see her, it’s worth the wait.

As someone who has been in the healthcare industry for 27 years, Ive visited this location multiple times and I must say, it stands out as one of the best medical facilities Ive had the pleasure to experience. The ambiance is inviting, warm, and impeccably clean, with tasteful decor that adds to the overall comfort. The staff exudes professionalism and care, taking the time to explain procedures throughout the visit. Its truly a pleasure to go there , which is especially remarkable considering ones typical apprehension when not feeling well. Its a testament to the exceptional quality of care provided here.

The front desk and the nurse were welcoming for my first time and they explained things well to me for me to understand. Also they made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. The waiting area was nice and chill like they kept things in order for the waiting area stay clean. lastly it was a one, two, three process meaning the wait wasn’t long and the check up wasn’t which it was an in and out process . Overall the experience was 5 stars .

The building and facilities were great. But the area its located in makes me nervous to send a loved one there. Even just the walk from the spot I parked my car to the building scared my mother.

They are an asset to Brownsville.I was wrong about Dorsl.All is well until you try to get your scripts.They don’t send them to your pharmacy & good luck trying to get someone who can help you.This is the 3rd time they messed up my medicationThey are great at DORAL but can’t seem to finish the dealDISSAPOINTED

Plan for an extra two hours for wait time! So far my experience with Doral has been pretty good - I would give five stars but both times I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time.I would only recommend Doral to people if they could clear their entire schedule for an appointment. If you want a faster experience, you should look elsewhere. I will update this review if/when things change for me.

I asked to be contacted so many times, I was ready and trying but when I called they wouldnot connect me to the doctor I had the appointment with. So disappointed.

This location is nice and clean the staff are friendly but they need to work on their time management if you are coming for a follow up you should not be waiting for two hours to be seen for ten to twenty minutes.
