I feel that MISTR is such an important part of the community that I am lucky to be able to utilize their services. Between moving and changes with insurance, they have ensured that I receive the medication I need on time, and the customer service has been excellent.

MISTR is a great, free service! They are very helpful and provide clear instructions on what to do. They do very meaningful work in trying to keep people safe and educated. Would highly recommend MISTR especially for anyone with limited resources.

Ive heard so much about Mistr, located in west hollywood ive passed by here so many times. Im on PrEP myself and happy to be on that medicine, its been 2 years since i was on PrEP and 1 year later i transitioned to the Injection. Having tested Positive for 1 STD in the past is the reason why i got on PrEP. It protects me from HIV and also a peace of mind. im also on Doxypep to have extra protection 🏳️‍🌈

PREP made super easy! I’ve had multiple insurance situations change and Mistr has always found a way to provide Prep with no out of pocket cost.

The online process for me to get treatment for prescriptions by mail has been so convenient & private. I don’t have to leave the house. Highly recommend.

You got to love a std / hiv preventive service that is able to communicate with your insurance and set you up on a schedule for refills and test kits every 3 months, that are mailed directly to you with no drs office visits. Thank you mistr for helping me, be me without worrying.
