Never had a issue with the OBGYN doctors. However my last visit here I needed to come back in, was told it would be of no charge since it was an accident on their end. Ended up getting charged more then the first visit. I had called to figure out why and they told me they would review it. Went back into mychart to see if there was any news (has been almost a month now since I called) and now my bill somehow went up another 200 dollars. Giving me more and more reasons to not want to go see doctors.

Make an appointment, great. . .the y can see me in three months. Three months pass, they cancel the appointment adn if I want the appointment, I have to wait two more months.This is a good way to lose trust.

Had our baby in August 2022, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming and professional. I felt they really valued a positive experience for moms and families. Stayed for 3 nights and nothing could have been better! Jenn on night shift in L&D was more than accommodating and will forever stick out as making an impact in our experience. She made the difference!

Consistently the WORST hospital in the area. I am appalled by the treatment myself and others have had to endure at this location. I have been made to feel uncomfortable, alone, and like I am going crazy. And I am not alone in this feeling. It is shocking that this location has been so consistently bad for over 6 years but here we are.You patents deserve better, and the community deserves better.

I will say that this OBGYN clinic is very prompt and attentive to their patients. I have tried to switch to Menomonee Falls due to moving more towards Milwaukee and its night and day the customer service. I will easily get my call answered at West Bend within 5 minutes maximum and be able to speak to a nurse about a concern whereas Menomonee Falls you could wait for 30 minutes before even speaking to a receptionist! I will commute to West Bend just due to their service. Do miss Dr. Miranda though!

Terrible patient care in the ER. My blood pressure was 230/180 when I came in due to pain. Was never checked again, no Dr came in for two hours. Then gave a Tylenol and sent home. No follow up. Will never go there again

Lets be honest. Hospital stays are not something to which we look forward yet we go there because we need to. The staff at St Joes is kind, professional and thorough. From the moment the ambulance drops you off, they work on your physical ailment in order to return you to your daily routine as soon as possible. This is a knowledgeable staff.

Be careful when going to see general surgeon here. Ask for amount up front!I went here just to see Dr. Soneson for an office visit. Nothing was done just a 30 min visit. Then I got a bill for 609 dollars outrageous no wonder people dont pay them how can anyone afford to. Thank goodness I didnt actually need anything done would have to get a second mortgage!!Best to ask for a referral else where.

Nurse Terrie in the E.R...AMAZING. THIS RATE DOESNT HAVE ENOUGH STARS FOR ME TO RATE THIS HOSPITAL. THE E.R DOCTOR THAT SEEN ME DOCTOR PATULLO IS ALSO AMAZING, HER DOCTORING IS TOP TIER. IM SO HUMBLE AND GRATEFUL FOR THEM. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, THIS HOSPITAL DESERVES RECOGNITION. -CHESSLYN FLATCHER
