Gift of Life Surrogacy Agency

My husband and I were Intended Parents with Gift of Life Surrogacy. The owner is married to IVF MI dr and they matched a surrogate with a history of diseased uterus lining and used our only $62,000 embryo and because they committed fraud by NOT telling us her chronic history we LOSS our baby girl around 13 weeks. The owner REFUSED to re match us as she stated in our contract and virtually stole our $49,000 agency fee after telling us also verbally she refused to re match. Then she attempted to SHUT US up by having IVF MI and OH inform us that they could NO longer communicate with us. At the moment we are out $125,000. She STOPPED communicating and had lawyers tell us to NOT contact them, which is NOT a court order. RUN FAST!!! There are way too many good agencies out there and IVF clinics. The PTSD the owner and her dr husband caused us is so painful!
