This place is an absolute joke. Dont ever expect any provider (doctor) to respond to messages sent in. Urgent messages sent in have a 24hr deadline to respond. Youre lucky of you get anywhere within 72 hours. You have to keep calling and calling to force action. There is a seriousy fatal flaw in the procedure here. The doctors often times never know there is any messages waiting for their attention. Someone isnt doing their jobs.The people on the phones are very nice but they can only do so much. The same can be said for the nursing staff. In some cases the only way a provider gets messages is if a nurse hunts them down.I stay with them personally because I truly like my doctor however I wouldnt encourage anyone to consider this place until these procedures are fixed.

I continue to express my gratitude for this practice. In over a decade I am confident Ive found a doctor that listens to me and validates my concerns. Theyre very accommodating and have helped me so much these past two years. Thanks to your practice I have peace of mind that I will continue to improve and be able to do my job. Was trying to come back to work and be accommodated for some health concerns but it looks like everything I was speaking was not being heard. The pain I constantly feel is something I dont wish upon anybody. May you guys hire better doctors.Also the last couple of times I dropped off my work papers for my accommodation someone supposedly will always lose them.If you dont want to assist your patients just say that.

My doctor is basically useless. I have gone multiple times asking for a simple allergy test. She refuses to give me one and said she would find me a specialist. That was in July and still nothing. This is the second time she did this. So for about two years I have been waiting for a specialist to tell me what I am allergic to. How disappointing! Why do I pay for insurance?!!!! I refuse to pay for this visit! She knew why I was coming in and literally prescribed the same nonsense without testing for what I am allergic to. How can a doctor refuse such a simple test?! I shouldnt have to pay out of pocket for a test online! Its very obvious Rawla NP, does not care about my well being! I will be looking for a new Dr!!!

This place sucks to such a mind boggling degree that your pretty much better off with nothing cuz youd die before you get attended to properly its been 2 months now of none stop mistakes daily calls wrong medications keep in mind I give them 2 days to respond when I make a report and its been 2 weeks now straight that Ive been trying to get my medicine and they keep sending things that are not approved or sent the wrong thing entirely I usually bootle up and ignore but this place is horrible do not waste your time because if you need medication correctly and urgently your going to die.

Started going there in 2007 when I first came here. It was the best clinic in my eyes for over a decade. It’s completely different now, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t call back, they don’t check in. Absolutely nothing oh and good luck trying to switch your pcp. I miss Dr.Bell sooooo much, hope he’s doing good, place fell apart when he left.

Its sad how this place has changed so much. Concerns are not addressed, the staff does not care how you feel. To be able to see a doctor you have to wait months, they do nothing to keep the patient in the clinic. Right now I feel so frustrated.

This place is absolutely horrible. Staff have a horrible attitude over the phone as if it bothers them that you are calling. Concerns aren’t addressed no one knows what they are doing. Refills aren’t filled or take days on out even with important meds. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

3 hours for an appointment 1 hour waiting outside 1 hour waiting for the doctor 1 hour after she arrives omg always the same
