Esther M. Moon, MD

Dr. Moon has been my doctor for over 17 years. She has always provided thoughtful, understandable, compassionate advice. Dr. Moon listens carefully, and is incredibly knowledgeable. She is a phenomenal surgeon. I cannot recommend Dr. Moon, and the entire CareNet medical team, highly enough. They are all outstanding.

I’m sure the doctor’s great but the receptionist put me on hold for twenty min to then convince me not to make an appointment with Dr. Moon -_-

Feedback only for front desk: some members of reception are unfortunately not that organized (poor communication, and poor customer service skills) and shoot to the defense instead of empathy when dealing with patients. I adore the doctors and nursing staff.
