If i could give more stars i would! what a blessing it was to have found Kofinas Fertility Group. Every single part of the staff from the ladies at the front to the doctors themselves & everyone in between, they are over & beyond. If anyone is coming to this office then you, like myself, know this is a sensitive part of life. This office exceeded my expectations. they check every box, they are respectful of your time & feelings, they communicate everything so clearly and it is more than evident in everything they do that they have a lot of heart in this place. I could not recommend this place more. Working with Dr Narine has been such a pleasure. from the very first day she gave us hope in all of the doubt and made us feel like starting our family was truly possible. I am so grateful to everyone here & will miss coming to the office. We are excited to be welcoming our baby in May! if you are considering coming here to start your family, let me tell you, do not hesitate!!

For almost nine years, my fiancé and I struggled with infertility, and I had almost lost hope. Where do I begin? From the moment we first sat with George Kofinas, after a previous doctor told us our only option would be donor eggs, everyone has been amazing. The IVF journey is a tough and stressful one. However with Kofinas, the process feels easier. With their attention to detail and kind-hearted way of talking things over with you, they make you feel comfortable. From the sweet staff at the front desk that greet you with a smile and actually care about your journey, to the doctors and nurses that treat you like you are the only patient they have and take the time to answer questions and explain everything. Even the staff at the Surgical Center in Manhattan where my wife received all of my procedures. The front desk staff, nurses and doctors, and even the anesthesiologist were all so kind and made you feel comfortable, safe and that you would be very well taken care of. This IVF has not been easy, but I can confidently say that Kofinas helped make it easier. We are so thankful for everyones support and we do not think we would be where we are today, 12 weeks pregnant, without George Kofinas and his staff.

I was a patient at the Roslyn office. Dr. George Kofinas, Dr. Narine and their team are AMAZING. We did many rounds of IVF with them and everyone there was so helpful, sensitive and kind through all of our ups and downs. They were always available to talk or for a last minute visit. Every single member of the staff is overwhelmingly dedicated and caring, they make every patient feel like family. The surgery office by Wall Street also really makes you feel safe and comfortable, and the surgery staff and anesthesiologists are wonderful. My husband and I struggled with poor genetic quality with the embryos we produced, and Dr. Kofinas recommended trying PRP in my ovaries. Shortly after we became pregnant with a healthy baby girl, who was born recently. I couldnt recommend the Kofinas fertility team more.

I had a truly wonderful experience with Kofinas Fertility from start to finish - so much so that I did not want to leave! Dr. Kofinas truly is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever met. He takes an individualized, hands on approach with every single patient and you NEVER feel like you are just a number there. Aside from being an excellent treating doctor, he showed my husband and I so much sympathy and understanding through every stage of our journey with him. Although the fertility road can sometimes be rocky, Dr. Kofinas always made us feel safe and I always knew no matter what, everything would be ok because we were in the best hands. I think all his patients share the same sentiment and would agree that he is a phenomenal doctor but also a wonderful and amazing human being - truly a stand up, honest man with integrity.Unlike other doctors, Dr. Kofinas would not accept unexplained infertility as a diagnosis. After years of symptoms and excruciating pain, he was the first physician to diagnose me with endometriosis and finally give us the answers we so desperately wanted and needed. After extensive and thorough testing, biopsies, and surgeries, we were finally ready for IVF and there is no one else I would trust the conceivement of my children with.Like Dr. Kofinas, his staff is equally as amazing. From the second you walk in you are greeted but Jen and Bridgette who are probably the sweetest ladies to ever grace a reception desk. They are kind, attentive, helpful, and incredibly caring.Not a surprise that Dr. Kofinas treating staff is also absolutely SUPERB. Elvi is always so gentle taking blood, handling patients, etc. She is usually in the room during the exams/daily monitoring and is always there to hold your hand when things get uncomfortable while truly offering such a sweet and calming presence.The real stars of the show though - Diana and Michelle. Truly they are nurse angels sent from above. I have spent so much time with these ladies over the last year that they really feel like friends. Diana and Michelle are there for every single up, every down, every high, every low, and everything in between. They take so much time to answer every single question, no matter how many, no matter how time consuming. It is obvious that they genuinely become invested in each patients journey and I have never experienced such care from any other medical provider anywhere. Even when things get difficult, Diana and Michelle are there to offer you encouragement, support, and the confidence you need to keep on going. These ladies are a Godsend and I am so grateful that they have been a part of this journey. Saying that Dr. Kofinas and his staff go above and beyond really is an understatement.And of course - a special shout out for Courtney - the best PA there ever was. She reflected everything I can say about Dr. Kofinas and his staff, x1000. What a wonderful physician and person.This is such a delicate journey and when starting it you want to make sure you are getting the best care and treatment possible. I cant say enough good things about Kofinas Fertility Group. I am so glad I ended up at here. The staff are angels and have doubled as therapists through this intense process. Having multiple appointments a week is so taxing but Dr. George and his staff made it tolerable. They answered every single one of my questions with extreme patience, guided me through some tough decisions and were so kind and compassionate through this whole entire process. Dr. George Kofinas is so humble and kind and put me at ease every time I saw him. After multiple failed attempts, he left no stone unturned and help guide me to successful conception. His bedside manner is wonderful and I truly wish he would be able to deliver my baby. Bridgette and Jennifer at the front desk have been so accommodating with notifying me of wait times whenever I was running late. Michelle, Diana and Elvie made blood draws and sonos easy and all the girls are super smart, well informed and extremely responsive anytime I called or e-mailed with a request or question. I had a laparoscopic surgery done in March of 2023 and was up and walking 1 day later with no pain. I never experienced any pain after egg retrievals and transfers were a super smooth process. The surgical facility is what I like to call the Kofinas Spa as Dr. George has taken every detail into account when it comes to caring for women in a vulnerable position. From the soft pink hospital robes to offering sedation for nerve-wracking procedures such as embryo transfers, he has all the bases covered to ensure a comfortable experience. IVF is tough but Dr. G and his staff made it possible to get through. I will forever be grateful to them.

Many words come to mind when I think of George Kofinas and his incredible staff, Dianna, Michelle, Elvie, Brigette, Sam… Compassionate, attentive, optimistic, patient, uplifting, supportive, responsive… This team is nothing short of amazing! They are wholly with you on the fertility journey and never make you feel lost or alone. Every question is answered in detail, every concern addressed. I came to this center after a poor experience at another and wish I had found Kofinas first. The facilities are impeccable and convenient. I am beyond grateful to Kofinas Fertility Group and would recommend them without hesitation or reservation! Another patient referred to them as dream makers and I couldn’t agree more.

Thank you Kofinas and team for my little miracle!This was a journey, but so worth it.After TTC for over a year with no luck, my husband and I decided to book an appt for a consultation with Dr George Kofinas in April 2024. Leaving this first appt, we knew we were in the right hands.Ultimately, after many tests and procedures, we were able to narrow down the potential root of my infertility to fibroids/polyps.It was recommended I have laparoscopy surgery to remove them. Although initially hesitant as i’ve never had surgery before, we proceeded and i had procedure July 2024. Surgery went great and i had a total of 8 fibroids removed.Fast forward 2 months after i was fully healed, we started trying again and on the first try, WE WERE PREGNANT! I couldnt believe it happened so quickly.I cant thank Dr Kofinas and his staff enough for all of their dedication and knowledge. I officially graduated today and it was bittersweet.Baby dust to all ✨

My experience at the kofinas fertility group was nothing short of amazing. After having 3 failed transfers at another clinic, I decided I needed a change and found the Kofinas Group. I had an extensive case and from my first consultation with George he reassured me that I’d get pregnant. After each appointment he would remind me to be patient. The nurses were amazing and even when my husband couldn’t give me my shot, the nurses let me come in and they did it for me (my previous clinic didn’t allow this). The nurses always called me back when I had questions. After extensive bloodwork, biopsies, and hysteroscopys, George worked to put my plan in place. I am now 9 weeks pregnant and was just discharged from the Kofinas fertility Group. At my previous clinic I felt like I was a number in a factory, but at the Kofinas group I knew they really cared about each case individually. I will be coming back for my second pregnancy!

Dr. George Kofinas and Dr. Narine are the miracle workers every woman who has a dream of becoming a mother needs!They run tests and procedures that other clinics do not run and create a plan that is CUSTOMIZED to YOU!! The amount of tests and monitoring can absolutely seem daunting and intimidating but every test is WORTH IT!! They are out of the box thinkers and will look at you as a person and not just a woman with a fertility problem. They will help you achieve your dreams of being a mother. I am deeply grateful to Kofinas Fertility and Dr. Narine for their exceptional care. After years of struggling with intense pain and being dismissed by multiple physicians and OB-GYNs, Kofinas Fertility diagnosed me with endometriosis through laparoscopy. I endured years of debilitating pain, hospital visits, and fertility challenges, trying to conceive unsuccessfully for two years. Just three months after my surgery, I was pregnant. The team at Kofinas not only identified the root cause of my struggles but also helped me achieve my desire of becoming a mother. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of compassionate and effective fertility care.

I cant thank the Kofinas group enough! IVF is a long and difficult journey with lots of appointments, medications and procedures. However, I feel lucky that I went to the Kofinas group, especially the Roslyn location. They were there for me throughout my journey with lots of support and encouragement. The receptions are always friendly and welcoming, the nurses are personable and made getting bloodwork seem like a breeze (even though it was 3x a week). Dr. Narine and Dr. George Kofinas are knowledgeable and professional. I feel like they really care about me and want whats best for me. Ive been to other clinics and feel like Im just a number there but find myself befriending the staff at the Roslyn office and they really try to get to know me. My little girl is now 5 weeks old. I couldnt have done it without their help and support.

Everyone at Kofina’s from the front desk to the nurses to Dr. Narine are truly some of the kindest, most genuine people you will ever meet. The support that you receive from day one is above and beyond. Dr. Narine is thorough and dedicated to your health and care from the beginning. She answers all questions, as do the nurses whenever you call, which truly makes you feel supported and heard. I really cannot recommend coming here enough!!!

I’ve waited a while to write this review because I wasn’t going to initially but since this has become an ongoing issue, I hope people take this into mind when considering Kofinas. Although my experience with the doctors was good (the reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1), the rest of my experience was very concerning, specifically in regards to the financial aspect. First strike: they lied and said they spoke to me prior to my visit that I would owe $2,000 at my next visit. I never spoke to someone and was blindsided in the office. Not once did someone from finance call or speak with me. Second Strike: they kept sending me bills in the mail, when I added up what I paid and the itemization on the bills, it did not equal what I had paid, I called and they in fact told me I was correct, my money had been “applied incorrectly” and I was due a refund. Imagine if I had just paid those bills? Third strike: I asked twice in person and have called 3 times to get copies of my receipts for payments and every time have been told they will forward the request to the supervisor and I have yet to receive these receipts.I’ve since had my procedure done with a different clinic and all the financial costs were given to me up front on my first visit, no blind sides and very transparent. There’s actually more issues I experienced but if you are someone like me who is paying out of pocket & specifically saved for this, please please ask questions about finances, don’t take ANYONES word for anything, and honestly consider going to a clinic with more transparent business practices.

I cannot begin to describe the wonderful experience I had at Kofinas. From the very first phone call to the day I was (successfully ) discharged to my OB! I had such a hard time getting pregnant after my second child and from the moment I stepped foot into the office, I knew I was in good hands. I did indeed get pregnant successfully after following their detailed and thorough medical plan created for me with Dr. Kofinas. The communication is truly unbelievable; if I had blood drawn or any tests done, I knew all the results before I could evenBegin to wonder when I would be getting them back. They were truly ON TOP of it. Specifically the Roslyn location staff, I will thank god for , for the rest of my life. Their dedication and commitment to seeing each patient feel seen, heard and comfortable is something I will forever cherish. From the front desk to the medical staff, i felt truly supported and loved. I miss you all so much and will be bringing baby by to meet you all soon! I had a wonderful experience with Kofinas Fertility Group. From start to finish they were caring, professional and thorough. The first day my husband and I met with Dr. Kofinas he took his time to answer all of our questions/concerns and came up with our individualized plan of care. At each appointment, I was pleasantly greeted by staffed and made to feel like I was apart of a family. Our treatments with Dr. Kofinas were successful and I became pregnant after only a few months! Ill never be able to thank Dr. Kofinas and his staff enough for their outstanding care and expertise, they are the best!!!

I cannot thank Dr. Kofinas and the nurses at the Roslyn office enough. It wasnt always an easy journey but Dianna, Michelle and Paige always have your best interests at heart and are there for you whenever/however you need. Bridgette and Jen at the front desk are amazing and are really like your big sisters and will go out of their way to take care of you as best they can. And finally--Dr. Kofinas--what a SMART man. I have friends who go to other clinics and we would compare protocol and procedures and I always felt like I knew I was in good hands under Dr. Kofinas care. I was truly sad to leave when it came time to graduate to my OBGYN. Thank you all so much for everything!

After almost 2 years of TTC at other clinics, many failed iuis and no answers we were referred to Kofinas via a personal recommendation.Upon my initial consultation, I knew right away they were the perfect fit for my specific needs. Dr. Narine was compassionate, and answered all my questions in a way where I actually understood what was going on and what needed to be done in order to move forward with IVF. She never made me feel like achieving pregnancy was impossible, while other doctors wrote me off or never took the time to figure out what my fertility issues were.I had an extensive endo surgery done by Dr. Narine + Dr. George Kofinas at their surgical center in NYC, and while there was initial nervousness for the surgery I felt confident and knew I was in the best care possible. Both doctors took their time, ensured whatever needed to be done was done, and the surgery was deemed successful. Every staff member at the surgical center was kind, warm, and comforting before and after the surgery. The staff checked in on me often after the surgery, and ensured I had whatever I needed for a swift recovery. While surgery itself is not pleasant, this particular experience was not an unpleasant experience and I know its because of both Dr. Narine + Dr. Kofinas and the whole staff at the surgical center.I returned to Kofinas in Roslyn once I was cleared to start IVF, and from start to finish theres nothing I would have changed about our experience. I was lucky to work again with both Dr. Narine + Dr. George Kofinas in my IVF cycle. I saw a doctor at every appointment, which I never had at prior clinics. Every visit I was informed of next steps, my meds, and whatever changes needed to take place. While some may complain about the extensive tests Kofinas does, I welcomed them as I knew the Doctors were doing everything to ensure a successful IVF round.Every visit I was not only welcomed by either Dr. Narine or Dr. Kofinas but the amazing staff at Roslyn! All the nurses and front desk staff really make sure you feel welcome and looked after. I quickly fell into my routine with them, and looked forward to every visit - They all restored my faith in fertility clinics!Without Kofinas expertise, and tailored protocols I do not believe I would have had success elsewhere... especially on my first IVF round!Its bittersweet to say Ive graduated Kofinas fertility, as the whole clinic really became a big part of our journey... they say it takes a village, and we count our blessings to have had Kofinas be our village the past year!We look forward to going back for baby #2 and cannot recommend them enough to anyone struggling with infertility.

Kofinas Fertility is highly recommended. Dr. George Kofinas is great, he has answered all our questions. Their staff is amazing and always attentive.

They have a very poor standard of care. They do not care about your symptoms or even ask what they are. If you go out of your way to say hey, Im feeling this they dismiss it. And these are serious issues like non-menstrual vaginal bleeding, cramping, etc. Its like youre just an object on their assembly line. They do not call you with results for blood tests in a timely manner or even give you results at all most of the time. Its just a really cold and unprofessional atmosphere. The nurses act like you are bothering them if you say a single sentence.

Dr. Kofinas and Kofinas Fertility are amazing! Their Roslyn office in particular is extremely clean, comfortable, and organized with friendly and inviting staff, everyone from receptionists to the medical assistants to the doctors. The doctors protocol is very tailored to the individual patient, which I believe widely contributes to their success. Im so grateful I switched to Kofinas Fertility! Such a difference compared to other fertility clinics Ive seen on LI.

I cannot say enough good things about this group. I have been a patient of several other fertility clinics and felt more like a number rather than a patient. Dr. kofinas, Dianna, Paige, and Michelle are amazing. The front desk staff answers the phones right away and relays the messages to the nursing staff immediately for a quick call back. Everyone in the office truly cares about you, your success and knows your situation without having to look up your records. It is an intimate location. The communication is second to none. I have never had more trust or faith in a group of people. They listen to your concerns, allow you to ask as many questions as you need, and are always available for whatever questions you may have. I am so grateful I made the decision to go this practice.

Kofinas fertility group is such compassion caring group. I walk into their longisland location about 15 months ago. I have beening trying to get pregnant for years with no luck. Ontil a friend accommodation Kofinas fertility group. I could still remember Dr George kofinas putting a smile on my face insure myself and husband we will get our joy at the end of this road. My case was little complicated but he never once give up on me. He did all the procedures and testing that was required and more. I had so much faith on him and his group, today I am with happy tears all because for all the hard work and dedication they put into helping my husband and i dream come true 🙏. His staffs are always on point. To make this process smooth as possible. They are very helpful with anything you ask. I cant thank you ladies enough in the roslyn location for all the love and support u have shown me. Also I did all procedures in the Manhattan location. The staffs are awesome their aswell. They explain every single details to you before and after procedures. Scam artist. Will claim you need every surgery under the sun before getting you pregnant. Learned the hard way. Should have his medical license revoked. Endometrial biopsy’s, endometrial surgery, etc.

We used it for my partner and as far as the exam it was simple and easy.

I have no words to thank the entire Kofinas Fertility Group team, who were always on the lookout, taking care of every step of the procedure, always giving me the support to overcome this long road of infertility, from the staff, the doctors, especially Dr Narine, always so attentive, always answering doubts, questions, the nurses Diana and Michelle always so kind, empathetic with my situation.Thanks to all of them I have my son with me, my great little miracle and I have no words to always express my infinite gratitude to them.I highly recommend them.
