Best Health Urgent Care & Clinic

I am a customer service person. And customer service starts with the front desk for medical offices. The employee at the front (my apologies I didnt get her name) was very helpful and professional from answering my phone call to coming into the office. The Physicians Assistant was also very polite, professional and patient. I was in and out very fast. I did make an appointment and did my paperwork online so that process does stream line things for the office and the patient. My experience was great. Keep up the good work.

The nurse practitioner was great. Very attentive, good bedside manners, and she listened to all of my concerns. I just received a call from the doctor going over my lab results and she was just as lovely even though we didn’t get a chance to meet. The MA was nice too, my blood draw was painless! There wasn’t a wait time, they got me back right away. Thank you guys so much!

I can honestly say I received the most welcoming treatment I have ever experienced. My NP Sali V. was so smart, kind and sweet. She didn’t make me feel scorned or rushed, aaaaaand She really worked with me, giving me the best recommendations and care ever. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and respectful as well. I will definitely recommend this facility to my friends, family and loved ones.

I love love everyone and everything about the office . Everytime I go it’s always a fast visit and all of my concerns are addressed even with my babies she treats them as if they were her own with so much love 😍 best urgent care ever ! 100/10 😇

I’ve been here 4 times each time im very satisfied with the service. Nurses are helpful results are fast and they get you in and out getting taken care of very quickly. I love this place! wouldn’t rather any other clinic seriously.

Major pain in my back and right leg, I received only a few Tylenol 3s no scan s where done nothing more at all? Still in TREMENDOUS PAIN AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO?

The staff was super helpful and they had really great bedside manner. I was in a rush and the staff were able to accommodate me and got me in to see the PA. She was very knowledgeable with my symptoms and went the extra mile helping me understand my symptoms. Definitely a great place for your medical needs they have a well experience staff and medical professionals and you can tell they really aren’t the typical urgent care trying to give you a prescription and charging you they really genuinely care about patients and make sure the patients understand and are educated on their symptoms

My niece was running fever and vomiting. I immediately went online to schedule an appointment. Process was easy, wait time wasn’t long and the staff is always very pleasant and thorough with their treatment and diagnosis. I really love the fact they accept Medicaid and conveniently located. Definitely, recommend!!! There was never a time where I felt rushed or uncomfortable.

I was nervous at first but the staff was easy to speak with and always answered all my questions. Everyone has made me feel at home every time I’ve come into the office and given me tips on does and don’ts with taking the medication. Great experience

I am just walking out of this clinic with no attention at all!! I explained to the receptionist my situation. I told her that I had an accident and hitter my head with the concrete and 3 days after my aye had little vain ruptured and turned blooded but, I was able to see with my aye under that condition all the time. I didn’t see a Doctor before because of personal reasons. However I am still concerning about my health. She answered that the Doctor not wanted to check on my, because that can be too serious so, basically she denied to give me the attention I need.🤨🧐So sad! Because this is not just a regular clinic but an emergency care. On my situation probably is going to be necessary to have an MRI but, I need a general Practitioner or Doctor, to make the decision otherwise how I am going to know what is the next step to take 🤔They can’t do it????? 😏🤥 they supposed to be capable to handling right? Or are they discriminating some people? Imagine your health in such hands! Not recommend.

This was my first time coming to urgent care. I must say that Best urgent Care lived up to their name. The young lady in reception was EXTREMELY nice and personable. I hate that I forgot her name. The entire process was so quick and smooth. I signed in on the Ipad, paid waited two mins and then went straight to the back to get my vitals taken. I waited for the doc all of 3 mins. She was extremely nice and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. Again I forgot her name Im HORRIBLE with names 🫤. Id definitely come back here again. Service was A+++++

Came here 6 months ago, and returned because the provider is efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. The provider listens, and also educates you on the functionalities of the body part that the patient has referenced. The providers main goal appears to be to actually heal the patient, which is great to see amongst so many other providers who miss the mark.

My daughter couldnt find any place who could take an appointment to check her and prescribe an antibiotic for her infection. She tried for several hours. As a last resort, she walked in to the location at Cartwright and Texas Parkway. They treated her immediately, wrote a prescription for an antibiotic, and charged a reasonable price. She was so amazed at how great the people were at Best Health Urgent Care!!!!! Thank you so much! We really appreciate you all!!!!!

Since the limit is 5: I cant give them a 10!!!I needed a covid-19 test and my neighbors on NextDoor recommended Best Health Urgent Care & Clinic. They were certainly on point! The day was super busy and there was a waiting list.I was impressed with the organized and friendly atmosphere. Although the parking lot was filled with waiting patients, it was obvious the line was moving as patients moved in and out in a fast clip. When I got inside, I was told the lab had picked up the samples but because I was in line before 4pm, the clinic took my nasal swap and performed the test in office for me.The staff is nice and efficient. The clinicians are excellent , welcoming and very careful in explaining the procedure they are performing while completing same with care and efficiency.If you need emergency care in Mo City; this is the place to go.

Dr. Stephane is an EXTREMELY NICE Doctor. The first time I had COVID test done he came to my house. This last time (2 weeks ago) he tested me and my son and unfortunately we both came back testing POSITIVE. The doctor and his staff are so nice and welcoming. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE.

When I thought I was having a bad experience, they went out of their way to make sure I wasn’t. The office is nice and clean too, no long lines, and providers are polite and caring. For an urgent care, this is probably the best to go to.

Went in for my sons physical and the cost was $20. 3 weeks later they are charging $40 for no reason. Had to ask for a receipt and on the receipt it says copay due is $20 but they still want to charge $40. Asked for corporate or higher ups number and she says theyre private owned there is no corporate but the person has to answer to somebody but refuses to give me any numbers. Will not be back as they seem to charge what they want to charge.

I came here 2 days ago because I needed to get a covid test done and absolutely no where had availability at all because the recent breakout of everyone getting sick after the holidays. I found this place online and called and they said they were taking walk-ins, so I showed up around 12:30 noon and walked into the office and asked about getting a covid test done. The receptionist Cecilia was the one i spoke to and she told me “We are actually closed right now, fill out this paper and I will call you back at 1pm to take your test.” I thought it was strange they were “closed” but the door was unlocked and as i was filling out my paper other people started to walking in . I told here “I don’t know if you knew but y’all’s door is open if you guys are closed” and she says “we’re on break”… but earlier said they were closed so that was confusing/misleading. I carried on filling out my paper work and she told me to hold onto it and she will call me at 1pm. I thought that wasn’t bad cause they weren’t busy and the wait was short. So i went back to my car to wait and I waited till 1, then 1:10 then 1:15. As it was 1:15 I decided to go inside since I still didn’t receive a call. I walked up to the desk and handed the paper to Cecilia and she’s just looking at me with a blank face… I said “I decided to just come in backside I didn’t get a call” and she goes to says “Yes we aren’t calling anyone.” and I was in complete confusion and said “We’ll I was waiting because you said you will call me at 1pm… so why is it now you are saying you aren’t calling people????” and she ignored me and pointed to a room and said someone was coming to do my test. TERRIBLE customer service, I understand we all are going though hard times right now but please try to be kind to one another..

If I could give 10 stars to Stephon at the Best Health Urgent Care, I would! I had to get a Covid test and have heard nothing but horror stories of the discomfort when taking the test. I was prepared to shed all kinds of tears after. Stephon even offered Kleenex before testing me. I am happy to report that he was so gentle and quick that I asked if there were more to the test. He was amazing! He was warm and professional and did a good job at making me feel comfortable. I would recommend that if you have to get a Covid test, please make a B-line to Best Health Urgent Care!

This was the best urgent care I have been to. I came here 1 month ago due to high blood pressure and side effects from lisinopril Doctor was very attentive as well as the nurse assistant. The doctor put me on lisinopril with hctz. He assured me that this medicine would work and if not he will find the right hb pressure med for me. After taking the prescribe meds the side effects worsened I felt like death. After 3 days of the new medicine I couldn’t take the side effects and came back to this clinic and the doctor was very empathetic. The doctor switched me to losartan another med that didn’t work well with my hbp in fact it was much worse than the lisinopril hctz. I called the doctor to let him know he then change me to a diuretic (hctz) alone this was fine for about 20 days or so. Just 3 days ago my blood pressure went to 170 over 93 and very bad headaches I called to let the doctor know he stated that that he does not know if the headaches are from high blood pressure that I may need a cat scan. ( everyone knows that tension headaches are from hbp) The doctor assured me that he will help me find the right hbp meds that work for me today that didn’t happen He didn’t offer any other meds that would get my blood pressure down I did let the doctor know that because of covid I was very afraid to go to a hospital Emergency room. He still referred me to another urgent care after he told me he would help me find the right meds for me. This is why I have given 1 star instead of 5 The doctor did not keep his word with helping with my hbp and as a doctor some meds works for people not all .. RESPONSE TO OWNERS BELOW It was only 20 days after the hctz not 2 months You doctors never want to admit that these hbp meds have VERY serious side effects The doctor never once asked how long have I been feeling this way never once said it could be a side effect of these meds they just pushed me off to another doctor.. To anyone who has high blood pressure and is prescribed meds please read all side effects and patient stories on Drugs.com

When I tell y’all they came thru in a clutch they came thru...🙌🏼. I’m visiting out of state and my daughter starts having an attack🥺😥. I pass this place up and was like let me just see if they would see her... and they sure did 💪🏼I didn’t have to go inside straight consultation over the phone💯 The Dr. was very quick and understanding of the whole situation🗣5min consult... 10mins at the pharm and not a wheeze in sight🥰I’m beyond grateful for them and how they came thru for my child frfr and even worked with my OUT OF STATE INS.Like what can we get one of these in @Nevada 🤣 frfr
