The staff here is great. They’re friendly, easygoing, and helpful. I go once every 3 months and many of them remember my face and name, making it feel more fun and less like a chore to go. Very resourceful too (lots of FREE services!)
This team is fantastic in every way! From the front desk crew welcoming you in to the medical team treating you with care respect and always with a smile on their face! Elsy put me at ease as she took blood and the education team like Stefano are top notch!
This place is convenient, most of the staff is friendly. Really good turnaround on results and fast service. BUT. I’ve had a few encounters with the front desk person that weren’t always the most helpful. He’s not rude but borderline apathetic. First time I went there, I couldn’t get the medication I needed because of my PPO. I’m not well versed in insurance talk, so it was obvious I needed to be guided. He didn’t give any information on how to change my PPO so I can receive medication until I dug out more info from him. Had I not asked NUMEROUS follow up questions that he HAD THE ANSWERS TO, I wouldn’t have known how to proceed in order to receive medication.Another time that was unpleasant was when I accidentally rescheduled my appointment to the wrong date and showed up earlier than expected. I needed treatment due to a positive test result, but he didn’t seem to care that I made a mistake. He didn’t even offer to reschedule to the next available date — I HAD TO OFFER TO RESCHEDULE. Had I not taken the initiative, he would’ve let me walk out the door, untreated. I called the location on Sunset that same day and they accommodated me immediately, despite their tight schedule, and were baffled to hear that I was nearly turned away when treatment was necessary.Overall, despite the few blips, I do really like this place and appreciate all that the staff does. I understand that there is a tight schedule and a high turnover rate, but being looked at like I’m “shit out of luck” because of my own mistake is pretty shitty.
What a great experience this place was truly comfortable and fast. Rick was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and a great guy to have at the front desk to greet you when you walk in he’s just one of those people that makes you feel comfortable almost immediately. I don’t remember the rest of the staff member, but everybody was really easy to talk to and very Friendly I ended up walking out with a smile on my face, which is kind of funny

Dylan at the front is amazing! I rushed in without an appointment due to a health concern. While Dylan nicely explained that they usually only see appointments, he noticed how nervous and paranoid I was and advised me he would do his try to find me an appointment. Within 15 mins I was seen. Thank you for putting me at ease I really appreciate it.
I have to say, I have gone here a few times now and the staff has made it a great experience every time...from making you feel comfortable, giving you the knowledge that you need and all while still making you laugh! That being said, I have to say my primary with them Stefano Celsi has been nothing but helpful and amazing. Hes assisted me with getting medications setup with insurances and pharmacies, walked me through certain processes, gives me calls to check-in and is always there if I have questions. Staying healthy and in the know is very important and I highly recommend this establishment for yours as well!
I had an amazing experience. It was easy to schedule online, the staff was helpful, my doctor explained my options and made me feel comfortable. The Pharmacy was helpful and convenient also.
I went to get tested here and the staff was great. Then I was told to follow up about other services, which I did. After submitting an intense amount of paperwork, giving personal information and even fitting all the requirements, I was turned away for services here. Was given the runaround and false hope continually before finally I chose to disengage. If you tell people the requirements are ABC and they fit them exactly, why are they still ineligible? Ridiculous. Complete waste of time. Additionally, the benefits coordinator spoke to me in a degrading and completely unempathetic manner.
Highly recommended. Everybody here was kind and professional. Stefano in particular helped my partner and I better understand what sexual wellness programs were available to us and spent a lot of time answering our questions.
Was wanting some information about monkey pox because all the literature online was hard to understand. I walked into Mens Health and spoke privately with a guy called Rick. He was amazing. I feel very lucky to have chatted with him. Super calming and knew a lot about the subject. We need more people like him in Mens Health!
