I am reaching out to provide feedback on my experience with your office, as it has been quite frustrating, and I do not feel this is the right place for my care. For my first appointment, I arrived before my scheduled 9 a.m. time, allowing time to check in and complete any paperwork. However, the office opened late and the doctor had not yet arrived. When the doctor finally saw me, she mentioned that her delay was due to a personal appointment and then a stop for breakfast. I understand that things happen, but this felt unprofessional. During the appointment, the doctor repeatedly asked the same questions, which left me feeling she hadn’t fully listened to my responses. Still, I left with an imaging order for further evaluation of my concerns, hoping for a smooth process moving forward. When I called Monday to schedule the imaging, the imaging center informed me they couldn’t proceed because the doctor’s order was unclear. I immediately contacted your office to resolve the issue but faced significant delays. I left multiple voicemails throughout the week, providing all necessary details, including the imaging center’s fax number. Each time, I either received a voicemail asking me to call back or had to re-explain the situation. Eventually, I went in person on Friday after no response. When I arrived, I requested a new imaging order at the front desk and explained I was there solely to pick up the corrected form. I waited over an hour before the doctor saw me, and it became clear that she did not have proper notes from our first visit, as she didn’t recall my case. Despite my patience, I felt that my concerns were met with defensiveness rather than understanding. Even after waiting so long for a straightforward matter, I received no apology, and the doctor still attempted to shift the blame onto me, which felt dismissive and disrespectful.I am sharing this feedback with the hope it will contribute to improvements in patient communication and service. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
When I was first referred to VCC, Karrar was one of the first people I was in contact with. Im a bit guilty for not recognizing him before now but its better late than never. This gentleman probably spent more than an hour with me, back and forth with phone calls to and from my insurance at the time. Even since those first communications, I can easily think of multiple instances that hes went beyond normal expectation, to be of assistance.Ever since my first interaction with the guy, even to this day, he remains with a smile on his face. Karrars just a pleasure to be around in general. Hes as professional as anyone could possibly ask. Theres yet to be any instance, that I can recall, when hes ever been any bit less than determined to help in any way he could.I really cant say enough to express my gratitude for VCC and Karrar has had a big part to play in that equation. This gentleman has proven more than once to be of high character. Selflessness isnt at every turn today so I believe in appreciating those who show themselves to be deserving.
Quick same day callbacks, always friendly and easy to communicate with.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY DISCUSS PATIENTS PERSONAL BUSINESS I SHOULD HAVE WALKED OUT THE DOOR THE MOMENT I WALKED IM AND HEAD THE DOCTOR ARGUING BACK AND FORTH WITH ANOTHER PATIENT
