Where to start... to start on a good note Id like to say that one of the employees by the name of Star was very professional, kind and respectful to me. Other than her, I can not say the same for the other ladies who work there. Rude, snobby, and insensitive describe them. I wish I knew their names to point them out, but unfortunately, they wouldnt provide that. Anyways I had an allergic reaction that could have been treated at this facility, but I was turned away and told to go to the ER. I went to Methodist Hospital thinking that this was a serious situation just to find out that it was just an allergic reaction that needed a steroid shot with some antihistamines. The doctor told me that somebody at this facility (AFC) doesnt know what theyre doing or just didnt want to treat my situation. I could have gotten treated at this facility for $125 plus whatever fees for treatment, but now I have to deal with billing from a prestigious and respected Hospital. This is not a big deal because the professionalism and the kindness and concern of my situation made it worth it. Plus, I was in and out of there within 2 hours. I was told that Id get a refund from AFC Urgent Care Vintage, which I did, but then I received a charge of the same amount earlier this week in an email and a text message which Im not going to pay. I dont know why I was treated differently than everyone else because I saw great reviews, but I know that this happens to some who dont bother to make a review. So thats why this is being shared. Reached out to the manager Kyle Moore through his voicemail and never heard from him which Im not surprised because everybody were giving me that type of treatment except for the young lady named Star, which she is the only reason that there is a star on this review, she was awesome! Thanks for the hassle, AFC Urgent Care.

Quick in and out for my daughter with no appointment. Fully covered by my BCBS plan. Learned things from the NP there that our PC had never told us about asthma, lung inflammation, and certain antibiotics. Great experience.

I want to thank this wonderful staff for EXCELLENT customer service that went beyond and developed into customer relations. The doctor was very careful to listen to my concerns and adhere. You dont find a good group of medical staff like this too often.

I went in on a Monday evening and was in front of the doctor in less than 15 minutes. Very efficient and easy. I will go back for any minor emergency or illness.

Fast and easy experience. My sons doctor was a little off personality wise, but very professional to say the least.

Drug test here is a BIG NO coz they don’t have the cups !Called them to take appointment and they said just walk in! Went there for the test and they say oh sorry no cups, it will take 5 days for them to arrive ! Like couldn’t you just tell me over the call ? Wasting my time and dragging my drug test ! Had to go some other place to do it ! Anyone going here better call and ask if they have the required materials for the test or else it’s a waste of time! Will never recommend this place

The people that helped me were absolutely amazing. They seemed to genuinely care about my well being. There were two that stood out. One lady with dark hair that did my triage, my apologies for not remembering your name, showed true concern. NP Ana was the best all around. They both went above and beyond. I definitely will go there again and HIGHLY recommend others to go there. Only if you want top notch service visit AFC UCV for your needs.

This is honestly one of the best places Ive gone to. Theyre so nice and understanding. Also very patient if something goes wrong. This is one of those places that even if they dont take my insurance, that Im still going to go out of my way to go to ❤️

I get very anxious going to the doctor but this place was wonderful! The staff was very friendly and the doctor was very kind and easy to talk to. The quickest urgent care visit I’ve ever had! I was in and out in about 30 mins. Thank you all!

This location is incompetent! There was one young lady that attempted to assist and office manager/physician was nasty and rude. She further made threats to call police once I contacted my family whom are physicians and they advised based on my emergency and having multi health insurance I shouldnt be denied and was directed to get license number and contact legal department . This location should be SHUTDOWN. Im not done yet! Thank God for recording devices.

Loved that I could create a same-day appointment online. I had my paperwork filled out and pictures of my insurance card/ID uploaded before I even went in. There was ZERO waiting time since I had all my paperwork completed ahead of time and the staff members are all so kind! My visit was fast and efficient. I highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I went to this urgent care on 12/03/2022 and I had no insurance so I paid the total balance up front. My total was $280 which I paid right then and there. I have the transaction on my card statement. A few weeks later I started getting emails saying I have a balance due. I was extremely confused so I called AFC to verify that I paid for services upfront being that I had no insurance. They confirmed that and told me it would be fixed. Well here we are almost 2 years later and they have sent the PAID balance to collections!!! I feel scammed! When you are self pay you don’t leave without making payment. Again, I have proof which I also sent by email to the billing department. This is absolutely insane and destroying my credit! I held up my end by paying. The billing department dropped the ball. This needs to get resolved!

The doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. The whole process was very fast even with tests.

Anytime we cannot get into the doctors office we come here. They are absolutely amazing. The people are so nice. They listen to your concerns and help you feel better. Highly recommend coming here if you ever have a need.

I visited last week. The front desk was lukewarm, was not impressed but she definitely knew their policy of keeping your card on file and charging up to $250. However, I was blown away by the NP who treated. She was courteous, attentive, patient, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was definitely satisfied with the treatment. That policy thing I don’t care for.

The doctors/nurse practitioners were very caring with my child and took time to work with us on finding the right medication for my 4 year old so she would actually take her medicine and not spit it out. They were very nice and personable and great at making my child laugh and feel comfortable. The appointment was fast yet thorough and there was no waiting to get called back for the appointment. Shes seen Dr. Jose Lara twice and I highly recommend him for all patients, but especially for children. Also we had a walk-in appointment both times but you can schedule an appointment online which is super convenient for busy work and school schedules. And I was able to complete my paperwork online before walking in so that was very helpful.

From the front desk to the doctors in the back, this place always takes care of my family and most definitely our go to.

I love afc! They had me in really fast without an appointment!

Theres no such thing as a good Covid-19 test, but this was very simple and efficient. Everything was online or via phone other than the swift in car swab and it probably took 15 minutes everythibg combined total. Ive been swabbed before and this was less horrible. The staff was really pleasant and they will be my go to UC provider from now on.

So much faster than our regular doctor appointments! We were able to reserve online and upload all insurance info through my phone before we got there. Once we were there, it took just a few minutes to go into exam room, ran a couple tests immediately, and the nurse practitioner came in right away! She was sweet and knowledgeable. We were out with a presentation in less than 15 minutes!!! Ladies at the front were really nice and efficient. I’m glad we went there. Now I know where to go if we ever need urgent care for my entire family! Thank you!!

I have visited AFC a few times over the years and have always been extremely pleased with the service, start to finish. Also, being cash pay, they have always been very open and detailed about options. I definitely recommend AFC!

This is my second time to go to this clinic & see Dr. Burney. Each visit, from the moment I walked in the door to when I left I was treated with kindness. Everyone there is very friendly. I was able to be seen quickly & Dr. Burney was very professional & attentive. I never felt as if she was in a hurry to get to someone else. I would most definitely recommend this Urgent Care.

The care here is top tier. I have been coming here for couple years now for mostly minor to moderate health issues. They have always took their time and do not rush their care. They even take their time out to explain the condition and even the medication they are giving you.

Over the past couple days I could feel something wrong with my left eye. Sure enough today it was obviously infected. Getting in with an ophthalmologist would be impossible, so I went to AFC Urgent Care--Vintage. Staff were super nice and efficient. Even though there were several people ahead of me, I was in my patient room within 15 mins. My Nurse Practitioner was Cassie. Great bedside manner, professional, and helped me better understand what was going on with my eye. Prescription was called in immediately and I picked it up about 30 mins later. I would recommend this location to everyone!

I just visited the clinic on Friday and had a great experience. Highly professional and courteous medical staff. I broke my foot over the weekend and they did an x-ray and were extremely careful with how they handled it, which I was thankful for because I was in a lot of pain. They were able to see me almost as soon as I walked in the door so Im really glad I didnt have to wait long. All of the staff were very patient with me as I hobbled around and I didnt feel rushed at all. Thank you Urgent Care Vintage Park, you really set my mind at ease. Hopefully I wont need to be back anytime soon, but Im glad I chose to use them during my emergency. I will definitely recommend you to anyone in the area who needs medical assistance. Thanks again!

Honestly the absolute best urgent care- didn’t have an appointment and although 5 people were ahead of us we were still seen quickly. The doctor had over 20 years ER experience and knew immediately what I had after a mis diagnosis the day before on a virtual visit from a different place. I was really out at ease by the confidence and then on Monday I had a specialist confirm. Not having to wait until After the weekend to put my mind at ease was so nice, will happily drive over 30 minutes to this place.

Im glad when we arrived, there werent many patients waiting. I brought my 5 year old there to get checked and kids usually isnt good at waiting. The ladies at the front desk were friendly. The nurse who guided us in and filled out info for us to give to the nurse practitioners was nice as well. The nurse practitioners were good with my 5 year old. It wasnt easy to check his throat and one of the nurse practitioners was patient with him. I felt bad but she was really good with him. They explained to me clearly of what he had and how to treat it. This is definitely a place I would choose to go to again if Ill need to. Hopefully not any time soon!

I am quite impressed with AFC. Great communication before my appointment. Efficient triage process. The doctor who attended listened and did a thorough examination. He communicated his findings clearly and answered all my questions. Next time I need to see a doctor quickly, Ill go back to AFC Vintage Park.

Setting an appointment was easy and quick. Availability was great and didnt have to wait very long in the lobby. Nurse doing triage was through and even though testing was a struggle, she was still patient with my kids.Dr. Jose was FANTASTIC. He treated my kids with respect and knew what to say to them. He used his knowledge and diagnosed them both quickly and efficiently. I had concerns, and he explained to me steps that would help. My kids left happy even though they werent feeling good.Later that night, my son developed an allergic reaction and I was able to reach the doctor. (Right before closing) He walked me through what I needed to do, even called in new prescriptions and followed up the morning after to check on him.10/10 would definitely recommend. Smooth experience in a very uncertain/upsetting time.

I received a terrible experience visiting the urgent care facility located on barker cypress. I came in to be seen due to my blood pressure being high. My time to be seen was ignored intentionally by the front office to the nurse. There were patients who came in 2 hours after myself who were seen before me and left before I was taken to the back. The doctor who treated me apologized for the terrible experience.. If you are an African american.PLEASE dont waste your time at this location

Horribly rude front desk staff and billing system trys to double charge. I cam in very sick and could not talk. Instead of caring for me checking vitals or anything they tell me i may be too sick to treat. They go back and “check” with NP who doesn’t even see me to say that they will take me. Then, right after saying I may be too sick shes like fill out this insurance information. If I am so sick why make me wait longer BEFORE EVEN CHECKING VITALS. After running every test they do nothing for me and tell me to go home. I then get a bill that has every test itemized and even charged twice. Then to dispute it you are talking to an AI. This is not what health care should be.

My husband had an emergency they took him right away the staff was so comforting, sweet and caring. Thank you AFC for stitching him up quickly. What great team work !Will go there again and recommend everyone to go if you want loving and compassionate professionals taking care of you .

Everything was very good and easy from scheduling online to checking in at the clinic. However the care provider wore a mask and stood as far from me as the room allowed. She seemed scared to examine the skin condition I had presented for care. I found it difficult to understand what she was saying. It was an odd experience and I wont go to the clinic at Vintage Park on Louetta ever again. She made me feel like I had leprosy.

This place turned my 6 year old daughter away because they did not want to stay after they closed even though we arrived an hour before their closing time. They close at 8pm and we arrived at 7pm. They said they did not have any available spots left for the night. (There was only 1 person in the waiting room). Since when do you have to make an appointment for Urgent Care facilities? If they turn people away I can only assume how great their level of care would be.

AFC has been my go to for after hours Medical care. They are fast and professional! They listen and show they care. I will continue going here when I don’t feel good after my doctors office has closed.

Went here when I thought I may have caught the flu from exposure and then feeling terrible. Check in was easy, contact free if that’s your thing, and front desk staff were informative and helpful. The wait wasn’t bad; I was a walk-in. They got me checked out and prescribed the proper meds for both immediate symptoms and potential flu in approximately an hour, may be less. They had run out of rapid tests and used a PCR to test me. They got me answers in 48 hours which is not bad considering they rely on a 3rd party lab to help process the tests. So, turns out I just had a nasty virus. Thanks to careful instructions from the doctor, I knew to only take the Tamiflu if the PCR came back positive and thankfully was able to manage symptoms, rest, and return to work quickly after no fever which was about the time the PCR results came in lol.Hopefully my long story is to say, the medical group here is great, informative, and fast. I will return, hopefully not too soon. 😄

The best care I’ve ever had an urgent clinic. I went in with bronchitis and was having a hard time breathing. They gave me a breathing treatment and a steroid shot. Also a couple of prescriptions. I was in and out within one hour. The doctor had the greatest bedside manner.

Great experience. Check in was very efficient, didn’t need to wait long, and since they are a dedicated urgent care, there was no question of the visit being charged as an ER. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Walked out the door with prescriptions already called in, a sheaf of instructions and one day later I’m already feeling better

It was a great experience. Jose, the nurse practitioner, explained everything so well. The lady that took my sample was very nice. When I arrived, I got a text with a number saying to call it and check in which I did. Whoever answered that phone was not very friendly. She said they knew I as there and that they would call me and that I didn’t need to call them. She was very brusque. Didn’t give me a chance to explain. Overall, it was a good experience.

AFC urgent care always has a smooth process. I booked an appointment online, you call when you get there and they do a quick phone screen. I was there for a covid test, so they came out and gave tips on making the test as comfortable as possible. She swabbed me and that was it. In under 24-hours I received a text with a link to my results. Everything went well and the communication was perfect.

I was able to be seen at the clinic instead of having to go to the VA urgent care. The staff was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. After filling out required paperwork I was taken back for vitals and seen by a Dr within 15 min. Highly recommend and will come here for all my urgent care needs.

From the moment I walked into the door, I was treated with professionalism and concern. The people at the desk were super friendly and the check-in process was very simple and quick. The triage nurse was friendly and efficient. Once Dr. Rebekah came in to see me, I was instantly put at ease! She was very knowledgeable and very professional! She had a great personality and made me smile! The checkout process was equally quick! Total time at the clinic was about 30 minutes! I highly recommend this clinic if you live in the 249/Vintage area!

One of the best Urgent care in the area. I have been seen a few times here and always get great customers service. The ladys in the front are so polite and welcoming as well as the nurses and Np. They take the time to hear you out and help you. I would highly recommend this urgent care.

They were so nice and welcoming. I had to keep changing where to send my prescription to because I got the locations wrong and they were super nice about it still. If I am dying, I would ask to be sent here instead of an emergency room just for the customer service(it’s okay if they don’t have the equipment to save me and I die cause at least I died with good service)

Took my 10 year old there today, front desk staff were gentle and cordial, nurse was sweet and Dr Lara was engaged in the consultation and explained in detail everything. No rush ( Saturday appoint)Very good experience , 1 hour waiting with no appointments, it is a 5 star.

My son hurt his thumb and I was able to make an appointment for 40 minutes out and was in and out within 30 minutes of his appointment. Everyone was super friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you need to be seen quickly and receive excellent care!

Jose, my nurse practitioner, was so very thorough. I greatly appreciate the level of care and the time he gave me. He spoke to me in a manner in which i understood everything and he tested me for everything. His prescriptions were also on point. I also appreciate the front office and nurse who were all attentive and quick to get me seen.

I went in early one day and waited for a few minutes only. Was called back and treated immediately. Everyone was friendly, front the front desk staff to the nurses and doctor in the back I will make sure to use this urgent care again. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this clinic to get a Covid test done and I was very impressed at the efficient process and friendly staff. The nurse practitioner was very helpful and answered all my questions. The lady who came out to my car to do the nose swab was very nice and gentle and that made the actual swabbing bearable! I have recommended this clinic to my family members and friends and will definitely come here again!

I tested positive for Covid at home but I knew that I was gonna need some help to overcome this and my doctors offices were closed during the holiday season so I reached out to AFC urgent care. I did not want to go into their office because I didn’t want to expose anyone else so they offered a Tele-visit and the doctor prescribed exactly what I needed. Within one day of taking the prescribed medication, I could actually breathe again. Nothing I was doing at home was helping but the doctor prescribed prednisone and within one day I felt already much better! I truly liked that the nurse/doctor explained to me the side effects of any medication I was going to be taking very thoroughly! I appreciate that!Very helpful/happy patient!

Had a injury and was worried about coming in because I dont like doctors. When I walked in everyone was friendly from the moment I was taken back to the provider. The whole process was easy and was able to take care of my injury. If you need an urgent care this is the one to come to. Price is great for cash paid. If I could give more stars I would. First time coming inside to be seen. I typically come here for Covid testing. My experience was great from beginning to end. Staff was friendly. NP Jose was fantastic. He took the time to explain in full details, my diagnosis. Most urgent cares just rush you in and out and barely let you get a word out. The visit was very thorough and the office was super clean. Will definitely be back. This is now my preferred urgent care.

As always superb efficient and short experience. Very easy to schedule appointment online, hardly ever a wait. Super nice and professional doctors. Great care and atmosphere. My number one urgent care.

I went for a rapid COVID test, which came back positive. Instead of just telling me to contact my primary care and leaving it at that, the nurse practitioner called me, and spent several minutes giving me additional info and answering my questions. She was so patient and just wonderful to work with. Actually everyone there is wonderful to work with.

At 7:44am I set up appointment for 9:25am and filled out all the paperwork online so that we did not have to sit in waiting room with a bunch of sick people. Showed up for appointment and checked in made sure the receptionist knew we had a 9:25am appointment. Its 10:30am and 6 walk ins have been seen before us and were still waiting. Why do we set up appointments if the clinic team is not going to use them? This is very disrespectful and unprofessional of the clinic team. We get harassed when we make appointments and do not show up on time, but when we do show up on time for appointments the clinic team disregards that we have schedules and are busy as well. The only reason I even give 2 star vs 1 stars is one of the doctors, Dr. Jose on staff is very friendly and really takes personal interest in our families wellness. I hope he opens his own practice so we can stop coming to afc!

Flu season … so pretty busy. Was in 2 days in a one week. We’re fast but did not feel pressured. The docs answered questions without walking toward the door. Nurses seem to be well trained and friendly, even though they deal with people in bad moods their whole working day. Most of all, they are on our insurance plan. Only 4 stars because nobody is perfect.

Because of this crazy pandemic, we have had to use several urgent care facilities over the past two years. This location has been hands-down the best urgent care we have ever used. Dr. Lara was absolutely amazing, so kind and so very personable, and the office staff was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back if we need any further urgent care.

Beat urgent care experience. Jose Lara NP and his staff that day made the entire experience very easy. Even in the mist of the most bust time of year, they had us in and out in a very timely manner. Jose is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. We will for sure be back.

We would recommend AFC Urgent Care in the Vintage as they were professional, prompt and personable. They helped my daughter while engaging with her. The Nurse Practicioner was very thorough in her examination and explained everything she was going to do in an understandable manner. The X-ray technician helped her gently as she was in much pain.

I had to take my 5 yr old son to Urgent Care for an X-ray and beginning from the staff, truly amazing! They made my son feel comfortable. Then the nurse, AMAZING! We were in and out in an hour. No long waits. Also a SHOUT OUT to the doctor, you were OUTSTANDING. thank you truly!

My visit was on a Sunday and I was so grateful to find a place open! Receptionist was pleasant and efficient. She seemed knowledgeable of all necessary check-in procedures including the Medicare cards needed. The nurse also was well-versed in procedure and listened very closely to my explanation.She was accurate in relaying my information to the Nurse Practitioner who was friendly and had a calming, confident manner. I believe I was treated with the best level of care for my needs and I am truly appreciative.

Went to AFC Sunday afternoon 3-26 with an unusual problem. Cassie, the nurse practitioner, wasn’t really experienced in what I brought to the table and I’m not sure where I would have found a Dr’s office that was familiar with it. She took a look and gave me an antibiotic and anti fungal based on what she saw. The next day she called to say she had researched further and had called in a prescription for ivermectin that would take care of what I thought it might be in addition to the infection she had seen. I don’t think I’ve ever had a medical practitioner who spent more time researching something the day after the visit. Thank you Cassie for caring enough to go the extra mile to help me.

Patient care is top notch, and the staff couldnt be kinder. We came for a covid test for my son, and they answered every question I had with gentle patience. Kelly, the PA, was attentive and the swab administrating nurse was very gentle. Im so thankful to have chosen AFC, and will decidedly be using them in the future when I cant get myself or my children in to see our normal physicians.

Great service. Nurse took vital and was very polite then doctor was open to a lot of questions and answered all my basic questions with great detail. Doctor also said “feel free to call if you have any other questions”.

Usually, I do everything I can to avoid urgent care facilities. I’ve had so many bad experiences, but I can honestly write a good one now. This place was extremely responsive, knew their stuff, very courteous, very punctual, and everybody was in it for the patient, not just to make a buck. Very punctual, and I am extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you for setting the standard for how urgent care facilities should be.

Came in due to chest congestion. The office staff was very welcoming and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. They took me back within 5 minutes or so. Once I got to a room the Dr. was with me within just a few minutes. The Dr. was very nice and knowledgeable. Over all, I had a great experience and am glad I found this Urgent Care so close to home.

This was my first time using AFC Urgent Care in The Vintage. I needed care after being in a motor vehicle accident. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner, Jose, was inquisitive and did a great job of addressing my pain. Bree not only greeted me at check in but also did my x-rays. She was so nice and efficient. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone.

I went to this urgent care yesterday evening. I was expecting it to be a little crowded, but no one else was in the waiting room besides me (I arrived an hour and a half before closing time). I was seen quickly and it was a fairly quick trip. I would go back if I need to go back to urgent care.

AFC rocked it out! There was a lot of anxiety over traveling and needing a COVID test for all of us in such a timely manner. Our tests went quick and she did a fantastic job. She was very kind and gentle. We got our results back quickly and they provided us everything we needed to travel. Thank you AFC. We would use them again if we needed to, no question.

We used AFC Urgent Care Vintage to get Covid Rapid Antigen tests for a cruise. We were able to make our appointments and do much of the preliminary paperwork online. The clinic staff were very efficient and friendly, and everything went smoothly with the testing.

The staff is very professionally and courteous. The doctor is phenomenal and truly cares and has a wonderful bedside manner. The only thing I would change was the X-ray techs attitude she did look like she was enjoying her job or having a good day. I wasnt sure if the person who checked my daughter was a nurse practitioner or a doctor but he has a big smile on his face which was comforting. Hes very nice and very professional. He explained everything well. The receiving staff was okay. The lady who took my daughters vital sign, i think she needs to have more training on how to treat patients well. I have said thank you to her three times, but she never said youre welcome or anything. As if she never heard me saying thank you.

Got waited on right away. The entire experience was pleasant and all were professional. My first time and if needed I will definitely go back. Special thanks to XRay Guy. He was a complete gentleman.

Took daughter there for illness on a Sunday as unable to get into our neighborhood CVS Minute Clinic. Staff at AFC very friendly and Doctor/NP she saw was great! Had very little wait time. Will definitely use this care facility in the future.

The visit and wait time was ok. The complaint is about Nurse practitioner Madden. She was not knowledgeable much about flu/covid treatment. They should have MD to better take care of patients. Will never go here nor recommend someone to go here.

I have been to all other locations, and never felt the same way because here the staff is really friendly and helpful. I was very sick and they were about to close, but the front desk assistant was very courteous and checked me in. She also called me to follow up and asked if I was doing ok. One time, I had a payment due and I called them two to three times to make a payment with my health care flexible spending card and my card didnt work because of unknown reason. These people still didnt get upset and cooperated thoroughly. Thanks to this wonderful staff and the DR. I would be following up with you guys, if ever sick.

Walked in and was seated in an exam room within about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, took the time to allow me to answer their questions and was thorough in their exam. The offices were clean and organized as was the waiting room. Definitely recommend.

Excellent care and service. When my primary care physician couldn’t see me today I decided to visit AFC Urgent Care. I had to wait in my car because some of my symptoms mimicked Covid. A staff person came to my car, swabbed my nose for Covid and throat for Strep. Very efficient. The NP came out and explained the results to me. Within 20 minutes I was on my way! I highly recommend this facility for caring, courteous staff and efficient operations.

They did a great job treating my injury today. Everyone was nice and attentive. Kyle took my vitals and x-rays and definitely made me feel comfortable. I almost went to another urgent care and I’m so glad I didn’t. Thank you team!

The staff are not only courteous and gentle, but compassionate and actually know what theyre doing. They helped me immediately, no wait, where my PCP office took a week to consider making an appointment for me. No fancy equipment here, just the basics with professional and knowledgeable people.

Everything about this place is great! The lady at the front desk is very nice. She was very helpful to all my questions. The doctor came in checked my ears throat and listened to my breathing. Turns out I broncitist and two ear infections. They gave me 2 shots and 2 prescriptions. They made me stay for awhile to make sure I was okay from the shots. Very nice people, clean and you can tell they care. I highly recommend going here.

Refused service to a kid in pain over me not having a mask, and they cant even provide one costing 10cents-real care for the people. I was warned about them but still tried. Never again! Front desk is rude, the nurse there was rude as well. Medella down the street is much better and cleaner! Were happy to help my lid and supplied the crazy needed mask (ugh!)

We had a huge scare yesterday with our daughter and cannot recommend AFC Urgent Care enough, I was very impressed by not only their attentiveness and knowledge but also their care for patients no matter how old they are and to top it off their entire staff there was welcoming and friendly given the circumstances. 💜 Additionally we received a follow up call today to ensure our daughter was feeling better! If we ever have an emergency again we will be going straight there!

Thus was my first time using them. I needed a covid test for work very quick and easy. Registration was very easy to do. I like how they had it set up. Very nice and friendly staff. Weill be using them for frequently. Thanks for making my first time with you guys so pleasant.

The office staff is really nice, Dr was very thorough and understanding. At the end, they talked me into a Covid test and flu test. The only real issue is the Covid test was done improperly and new. I was forced to quarantine for five days. I went three other places and had Covid test done properly and I am Covid negative. So this visit cost me time in pay please train your people properly.

Excellent communication from the start after being turned away from the first 2 clinics we went to and called. Short wait times and very professional service from nurses and Dr Lara especially plus a follow up call from the doctor the next day to check on progress. Strong 5 star review!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. From the greeting at the front door until our visit was completed, the staff was wonderful. The nurse practitioner on duty Renee Madden was truly a god send. She is the best of the best!! I highly recommend this urgent care!

Was visiting the Houston area when I apparently had a run in with a spider that caused a bad case of cellulitis on the tip of my ring finger. The staff were thorough and professional. Good diagnosis, explanation of what to expect after the antibiotic shot, set up with prescriptions and a number to call if things got worst. Fast, efficient health care by great staff. Very pleased with the service.

I don’t have insurance and came in complaining of chest congestion. I was diagnosed with bronchitis and given a shot within 1 hour. The staff was very caring and efficient. I highly recommend this place!!

My wife and I recently visited for PCR tests, and were able to not only get immediate appointments (a bunch available both same day and next day), but the service/attention we got was professional and quick. We arrived 15 min prior to our appt time and we’re seen/tested 5 min early even!! The care provider was informative, efficient, and polite, and we got our results within 24hrs of testing. You won’t get this kind of service or turnaround on PCR tests at any of the “chain drug-stores”. We will def be back if we ever find ourselves in this situation again. Thank you!!

Easy to schedule and very efficient! I have gone here numerous times for myself as well as my kids. If you want results possibly within 24 hrs, book your appt before 10 am when labs are picked up.

This was my first time at this urgent care, but will be back for any future needs. The staff and provider were super friendly and service was quick. I was in and out with my shots and prescriptions within 30 minutes.Highly recommend this facility to anybody

This has easily been the most disappointing medical care experience I have ever had. My family and I visited this facility last October as I woke up with a sore throat, full-body chills, dizziness/nausea, etc. My husband and 2 children (who were ages almost-3 and just-turned-5 at this point) were with me; the whole family went as it was a Sunday and I didnt think the visit would take that long being that I was visibly sick. (The word urgent is in the name, right?) Fast forward to 2 HOURS LATER and Im walking out the door to my husband and children who were waiting in the truck for me after being told that my strep test was negative (which, I get that a negative test is a negative test, thats not my issue here), and I had to come back (after 2 hours...) to pick up the prescription for an antibiotic. At one point during the 2-hour wait, I was left in the exam room by myself (I fell asleep but my husband was in the waiting room with our children who did rather well, considering the circumstances) for 45 minutes. Nothing happened in that 45 minutes but my husband walked by the doctors office twice to find the doctor sitting on the computer both times. It was not busy while we were in there. There were maybe 2-3 other patients in the office at this time.After waking up the next morning with a throat so swollen that it was almost swollen shut, I made my way to my PC who cringed at the sight of my throat. I was given a shot and different antibiotic by my PC and felt better within hours.Within the next week or so after my visit to this facility, I received an email survey asking about my experience that I completed with essentially the same review I am giving here. Never heard a word from anybody from this company/facility.Received the bill and called to dispute it and left a message that went un-returned. I called again a few months later (in an attempt to get an update on my dispute) and was told that the company I was speaking to was not handling the billing for this location at the time of my visit. My contact information was taken and I was told that I would be receiving a call back. Never received a call back.I called last week in another attempt to get an update and was put in touch with a young gentleman who has been the most helpful of anybody at this company. Despite his helpfulness, however, I feel like I keep getting blamed for this bill still being outstanding despite multiple attempts on my part to try to get it resolved. Each time I would mention the steps I have taken to get it resolved, I was told that they didnt see where I had taken the survey (interesting...) and apparently, at some point, they left me a message that I never returned. (Seriously? You call once and never again? And thats my fault after being told by someone else that I will hear from someone about my concerns?) In defense of the young gentleman who has been helping me, he went to the owner to discuss the possibility of adjusting the bill based on this unbelievably horrible experience, to no avail. I could pay the entire balance of the bill now but out of sheer principle, I will pay a minimal amount for however long it takes to pay it off until it is paid off (although at first, the young gentleman told me that I could setup automatic payments but then told me that they dont keep credit card information on file...??).In the end, this place will be my plan ZZZ anytime urgent medical care is needed. Unbelievably terrible experience, all the way around.

Had occasion to visit AFC Urgent Care Vintage while visiting my son and his family in Texas. While playing with my grandchildren, I fell and hurt my neck and thankfully it was not serious but a lot of pain and discomfort which brought me to AFC ( my son recommended them to me). The staff were all very friendly, courteous and through and made me feel very much at ease. I was also given a business card for a local orthopedic doctor should I need any further Follow up! Didn’t have much of a wait time either. Would highly recommend !!!!

Well I thankfully dont have to utilize their services very often, but every time I have over the last few years has been consistently awesome, or at least as awesome as can be given the circumstances of doctor visits. Even when there are a few people in front of me the waits are extremely short and they either take care of my problem there or refer to a specialist who can finish the job. I always feel like Im well taken care of.

For the most part, I really.like the facility and the doctor. However, I was in an extreme amount of pain. I left work early and went straight to the urgent care. I was in tears when I finally saw the doctor. But when she did see me, she was kind and sympathetic. She listened and I felt more than just a number. The pain made time move slow. I dont know if I was being impatient or if time is the issue. I will go again. Quality care is definitely more important than time. Just not when I am in pain.

I needed to be seen Sunday for a lingering sinus infection that worsened on the weekend. Everyone was polite, efficient and knowledgeable, from the front desk staff to the triage nurse who was awesome and the NP that treated me. I’ve been to a few urgent cares in the area when I can’t get in with my pcp and this was my favorite so far. Friendly knowledgeable staff is a huge plus in my book. I’m also a RN and am sensitive to a few different antibiotics and I got no doubting looks or push back on that, like some NP’s and MD’s give. I was very thankful that Jose the NP was thorough and not only asked detailed questions but listened attentively and gave me some tips on taking the antibiotic he prescribed. I will definitely go here again!

This was an extremely easy and stress-free doctors visit to make. There was zero wait time, and the office was new and clean. Even when i was waiting for testing, results, and consultation, there was very little wait time. I felt like I was in and out of there within minutes. all of the staff were pleasant and friendly, and making sure I was comfortable. this visit assures me that doctor visits and needs can be hassle-free and accommodating.

Jose Lara took care of me in my time of need. All prices were very up front. Office was clean. Will be back, hopefully not soon.UPDATE: went to see Mr Lara again in my time of need and he AGAIN went above and beyond giving me a personal and friendly and very intelligent visit not commonly found in cash for care shops like this. I went in today for a persistent stye on my eye that would not go away after all of my home remedies and google diagnosis lol. Anyways I rarely go to the doctor for anything except my OB and the ER if it’s a real emergency. Therefore I didn’t have or knew where my insurance card was so I called my insurance to have them assist me with locating an urgent care near my home and that would accept my insurance. I ended up choosing this location out of the 3 options that was given to me. Once I got there they do require a photo copy of your insurance card to be seen. Of course I didn’t have mine so after 3 phone calls later back to back with my insurance while being online trying to get into my account and give the nurses and receptionist what they required for me to be seen, I finally got the copy and was able to email it over. The insurance agent mentioned she was surprised they were so helpful and willing to help me because most places wouldn’t even do that! They were patient, I was seen and treated shortly after. Thank you ladies including the NP that made sure my Urgent care was taken care of! Would definitely recommend.

Entire staff is wonderful! Weve seen Crystal many times. Always helpful and my daughter loves her. We prefer to go here over our pediatrician. For our insurance its only five dollars more than our co-pay regularly. I highly recommend!

Loved taking my babies here. I have a 6 and just turned 4 year old that werent feeling very good and thankfully the people here were kind enough after they got the negative covid test with them to check them out in a room.We ended up with a Nurse Practitioner who worked in the NICU! How LUCKY!! And the doctor she was working with was JUST as amazing.I love those ladies! My little ones were treated with so much patience and care and the prescriptions in my personal opinion were the best you could get prescribed since they were trying to give their little bodies the chance to fight back but still providing preventative measures. Unlike other places, they didnt try to prescribe unnecessary antibiotics for my little ones which I really appreciated (and by this I mean they thoroughly checked them out before deciding that what they had was a combo of allergies and a virus, so antibiotics wouldnt help). They also gave recommendations for both cough syrup like robitussin or for zarbees and vicks as an alternative for more natural solutions if thats what I wanted.Im just really glad that they were able to see my little ones so quickly, it really helped our night go so much easier.One last thing: as they were walking out, unlike most doctors that will plan and only see you for that one thing you came in for- they noticed my daughters eyelid was a little red and might be the start of a stye.Wow, what a catch. I had thought she was just rubbing it too much, but it was still bright red well after she rubbed it last. Now because of them, we wont have to worry about that either.Seriously cant be thankful enough these two were there to help us that night.Thank you!!

While the staff in the back were helpful and listened to my concerns, the ladies in the front were very rude and unprofessional. While handing in my paperwork and cards, the lady at the desk couldn’t even bother to look up from her personal cell phone to talk to me.Fast forward a day later, I am awaiting Covid and flu test results which the doc said I should get at the same time. I received my Covid results but did not see anything about the flu. When I called the front desk she told me she would call me back then proceeded to hang up on me. Hours go by and still no call back, so I called once again. It was then that they told me they never took the flu test and that I would need to come back in to take it if I wanted one. She put me on hold multiple times even without letting me know she was about to do so. I am very disappointed with this location.

Great experience! My husband and I had to get rapid COVID tests in order to travel to Hawaii. They were fast and efficient, we were tested and got the results all in about 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend to others!

This place was nice to go to. I went to get a Covid-19 test because I had been in contact with someone who had tested positive for it. Making the appointment online was easy and they were VERY friendly over the phone. They even let me speak to the doctor over the phone to ask any questions I had about the test or about the virus. The test was free as long as I gave them my ssn (for the care act) if I didnt have insurance. The reason I didnt rate 5 stars however is when I went to get the test done I had to do it in the car and when the doctor came out to take the samples my body reacted to the swabs up my nose by backing away and it made it difficult for both me and her to get/give the samples she needed. It wasnt as comfortable as it couldve been. But other than that, great place!

I have used this location several times to treat minor emergencies. The offices are clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable in diagnosing and prescribing treatment. A great option when I cannot visit my regular physician.

I went to AFC for pain/stiffness in my neck. I went first thing in the morning and fully expected to spend all morning there. Quite the opposite! I was in and out quickly! The front desk person was quite pleasant. The triage nurse was fantastic! Ive never seen anyone take blood pressure readings so quickly and efficiently! Dr. Stevens was great as well! She gave me several treatment options and helped me select the one that best fit my situation. I was very pleased. And will definitely be back for future urgent care needs. Thanks!

I was a walk-in for a flu check. The receptionist treat me with respect and a smile. The waiting time to see the provider was less than 15 minutes. The condition of the urgent care was modern, clean and appealing. The medical provider was very friendly, knowledgable and made me feel relax. Was a great experience and did not took a long time to be on my way.

This location is fairly close to my house it is clean which I appreciate they got they got me in fairly quickly got me the medicine that I needed although I would like the staff to be a little more empathetic and friendly that would be my only complaint. I know it sounds old fashioned but I am a consumer I have a lot of choices and service matters greatly especially when were talking about medical care

No point in making an appointment in this place. They have no respect for your time. Not very polite and friendly at the front desk either. Plenty of other urgent cares around that you can get in and out of quickly.

We went for a student physical - the doctor was very thorough and answered any questions we had. They were patient and took the time to explain what they were doing to a nervous kid. Good experience.

Our entire family utilized AFC for required Covid testing for travel. They made the process super easy. Appointments and preregistration were done online. I was unable to make needed appointment time changes online but a simple phone call and the girl got the entire family’s appointments changed. They did prescreening via phone and came out to our vehicles to do the actual swab. The girl was super friendly and helped put us all at ease because we were all super nervous. Results were emailed the same day and then with an additional phone call AFC emailed the necessary forms that we needed to upload to our travel portal. And the icing on the cake was that they offered to bill our insurance.Very pleased with this location.

I came here for a minor injury. I asked the front desk if they could help take care of it. Showed them my injury and they confirmed that they could. So the usual protocol things were taken care of quickly. I did not like how they asked for my weight rather than taking my weight on the scale placed directly behind the med staff. My visit with the doctor was about 10 to 20 seconds max. They were not able to help me and provided me with a referral. When I had questions the doctor opened the door. Service could improve. I paid my moneys worth more than the 20 seconds of a doctors attention.Now 8 months later...they of course cannot find my cash payment at the front desk. Have called to resolve and still not taken care of.

AFC is always my go to for Urgent Care. Making an appointment is easy online and being seen quickly by knowledgeable staff of nurses and doctors is the best part. The staff is friendly and the offices are clean.

I was at the Urgent care center in Saturday trying to have a COVID 19 test. I scheduled an appointment online and parked my car in front of the facility and tried to call the clinic as per their instructions. Nobody was answering, so I went to the center trying to find out another way to communicate with their team. I was trying to explain to receptionist (Alice) about my appointment. She interrupted me and did not give me anytime to express my concerns or hear me. She said( go back to your car) twice without any professionalism or respect. Other staff were cooperative and did their job properly. As a health care worker, I hope that this problem will be taken care of properly. Otherwise this will significantly affect patient’s satisfaction. Thanks

Couldn’t enter due to Covid regulations but handled my visit from parking lot over the phone. Renee did a super job assessing my issue and provided the prescriptions I needed. The entire process took about 25 minutes. We were very pleased.

Was seen and attended to on my actual appt time, fast and thorough. They called me the next day to see how I was doing. Great care and service.

My husband and I have been to this center many times and are very satisfied with their level of professionalism and the doctors assessment. The waiting time is short as well. We are VERY HAPPY and intend to only use this location for our medical needs. We have referred this location to friends as well. I have never been to an urgent care center that is so friendly and comfortable. I give the an A++!!!

I called to schedule an appointment and the female that answered told me to go online to schedule one. She came across as not wanting to help me and directed me too their website. She spoke with a just go online attitude so then I asked her in a direct manner can you schedule me and reluctantly she did. But from there on its a great location. Other than the person on the phone, they were very helpful once inside.

Always utilize this facility for any Urgent Care issues my family has. Recently, was given great prescriptions to deal with my illness. Ran into a billing issue but the facilitys manager, Kyle Moore, proactively dealt with it and closed out the issue to my 100% satisfaction. He and his staff are great! The only reason why I am giving this place 2 stars is because of the help that I received from one thoughtful individual. On 12/17/21 about 3:30 pm, I walked into the Urgent care. As soon as my child and I walked in, I was asked how can I help you in a very rude way. I was not even all the way in the door before the woman asked that. I waited until I got to the counter and told her that my daughter had a fever. She immediately said we cant help you. That was it! She was so rude and could care less about the state my daughter was in. I wish I knew her name. All I know is that she sat on the far right side of the counter. I asked if she knew of any other location or place that would help. She just sat there...the lady that sat in the middle immediately said maam, there are 2 urgent cares down the street. Texas Children may be able to help you. I am so thankful for her. I walked into Texas Children right when they opened and was helped by a wonderful staff.

Really awesome urgent care , I left my original office because the wait was more than 2 hours. I got attended super quick not even 10 minute wait for the day I went in . Super nice doctor !!! Medication prescribed worked instantly Totally recommend !

This is one of the best urgent cares there is. I went in and was attended quickly and was helped to treat this horrible sinus infection that wouldn’t go away. They also have done some covid testing that my job required and were very mindful when doing the test and made the test go as smoothly as possible. Definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who is considering going to one.

Brought my 2.5 year old son in because of an eye infection. Service was super prompt and friendly but we particularly loved our nurse practitioner. She had such great bedside manner and had my son giggling within seconds of walking in the exam room. Could not be more thankful for that!

I would take back my great recommendation for this place after I had to go back and get another test to prove I was negative. On my second trip, the nurse gave her opinion on why I shouldnt be testing again so soon and that home test kits do not work. Fortunately, that personal opinion was wrong. Please tell your staff to just do their jobs without giving out their opinions. Its stressful for all and giving out wrong info makes it worse.

Was in a lot of pain for 2 days, with chills and sweats, I had to wait to see a Dr in person because of Labor day holiday. They didnt want to take me in this morning, in person. Trying to treat me over the phone! What a joke for an URGENT CARE facility.I told them I was tested for COVID on Sunday and was negative. They wanted to do their own test and see me in person in 2 days, not the answer I am expecting from an URGENT health care provider after feeling awful all weekend! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The service was fast and the nurses were very nice and caring addressing the problem with my daughter to make her feel comfortable. Brought her there because she has had a sore throat, head cold, and ears ringing for around a week and no over the counter stuff was making it feel better.

My husband came in with lower left sided back pain. We were seen immediately, xray and urine specimen taken. Diagnosis was made, prescription given and we were on our way. The whole staff was wonderful, very professional. Wonderful experience. Thank you.Leo Rourke

Quickly took information and put me in an exam room within 15min of arrival. All employees were professional, friendly and seemed well trained. They were able to determine a diagnosis and give me a remedy within a short amount of time. X-rays were taken and they sent the results offsite to get an opinion of the results. I would go there again.

This is a great clinic! The staff are very friendly and I was treated quickly and professionally. Despite cutting my thumb very deeply, I wasnt spoken to in a condescending manner and the team made me feel like I was very well taken care of. Im very happy this clinic was here and I will definitely utilize their services again should I decide I want to cut my other thumb with my ginsu knife.

If you want to be treated like a drug addict then this is the place for you. I walked in and the first thing out of their mouths was We dont prescribe pain medication! Everyone in that office was rude and unprofessional. They are expensive as well, charged me 400$ for about a 5 minute consultation and a prescription for some antibiotics

Everyone was VERY nice and asked all pertinent questions. Also, all correct tests were run. It took a while before I saw the doctor. I feel better today and just visited them yesterday.

I went to AFC to get a Covid test for traveling purposes and the lady I had was so gentle and sweet. I have called multiple times prior to making an appointment, and everyone I spoke to there was amazing, and answered all of my questions, and concerns without getting frustrated with me. AFC you have a great team of people working at the Vintage Park location.

AFC is quick and efficient. The staff was professional and seemed to care about you as a person. The doctor I saw was sympathetic and kind. This was my fourth visit - about once a year I get walking pneumonia or upper respiratory infection and going to this urgent care is quick, affordable and easy.

They were quick, professional, and kind, even wished me Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. PCR test results were surprisingly available the very next day, even though it was Saturday. Patient flow was also efficiently handled as it was brisk but there was no crowd or waiting line

I just walked out of this place ten minutes ago and I had the exact same experience as Kenda and other reviewers. The front desk was so very rude. As soon as I and my son walked in, she asked how she could “help”, but even before I complete my sentence describing the fever and coughing that I and my son have been having, she said the they were completely booked and asked us to come back on Sunday (today is Friday). Throughout the short conversation, she didn’t even look at me once. She just starred at the monitor and talked to me like I had no business coming into this place. Im going to wait for Texas Children Urgent Care to open at 4:30 and get the help from others who cares about patients.

We arrived on time to our curbside appointment but waited over a hour to be seen without an explanation or an apology for the wait while other people with appointments were seen as soon as they arrived. Needless to say, my son and I werent pleased with the wait or the lack of communication from the office for us having to wait. We will definitely visit another urgent care facility in the future.

Quick, easy, on time appointment for Covid test. Had to wait 24-48 hours for an appointment, but that is expected everywhere right now. My wife goes here as well when needed and enjoys the people and service. Our other UrgentCare in Tomball has gone down hill so we elected to move our business here. Keep up the great work!

I love how fast I can get checked out by a doctor everytime I go here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor is very thorough and asks lots of questions and shows true concern, compassion, and understanding. I also want to commend them for being so easy and straight foward as well. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care for those times when setting a future appointment with your primary care physician isnt an option, and you want to avoid those high priced emergency places that have recently popped up everywhere. Both locations are awesome!

Wonderful experience. I got right in and seen immediately. Everyone was very nice and caring; really listened to what was going on. I was observed for a short time then due to my symptoms, I was sent to the ER for further testing.

The staff was extremely professional and took pride in giving me the best care possible. The doctor explained my condition in detail and addresed all of my concerns. I left feeling confident that my condition would heal after completing the prescribed care. If for some reason I have continued symptoms, they encouraged my return. I was also given a recommendation for a local doctor to see for my chronic issues. I will definitely return next time I need medical care and highly recommend this urgent care to everyone!

The visit was great from the moment I walked in. Every staff member met me with a smile, treated me kindly and efficiently, and I received great care. I have been using AFC for years and I have always been extremely happy with the care. I have recommended it to others in the past and will surely do so again.

I searched for an Urgent Care center in network with my insurance for a bad dog bite I had on my forearm. They were quick with check in and evaluation. They did a great job stitching me up and answering all of my questions. They expressed concern for infection and asked that I come back in 48 hours. I felt like my health issues were taken seriously and would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with a minor emergency.

The staff is honestly incredible: Bree gave mea Coronavirus test, and it was truly painless..She was super careful..Every single person there was very personable,friendly, compassionate and professional. Theacting physician was just the best, ever.Sorry I am not sure of this gentleman’s name,all I can say is that I hope he’s there the next time. He even gave me a choice of antibioticsfor strep throat. A+ in all categories!

I got there 10 min before the shut off time for physicals. The front office staff was initially saying I missed the shut off time for a physical, but The PA must have overheard him and how frustrated I was and intervened. We end up getting my daughters physical doneThere was very little wait time and we were in and out. The price was great, especially because we dont have insurance. The PA was so nice, very professional and fast. I will differently will be coming back for our urgent care needs.

Did a tele-visit on a Saturday because our primary care Dr. was closed. I made an appt online and received a call from the Dr. before my appointment time. I was very thankful to have them call me so soon after my appointment. Very nice and very helpful service. I was impressed and will use them again for urgent care needs.

The staff was friendly and attentive, even on a busy day like Christmas Eve! While there was a long wait that usual, they kept me updated while I waited. They had me on my way soon after the APN assessed my symptoms, with my prescriptions and a referral to good specialists.

Ive been here a few times, and I have to say that I really appreciated the quick service and professionalism. That is until my wife needed an updated work note. The note provided was ambiguous with a return date. Her company wanted a note with an exact date. The front desk was extremely rude, stating it was a legal issue preventing then from helping. She continued to argue it was a legal issue until I full on called her out on it. She placed me on hold to confirm that it was merely corporate policy. Her rude and belligy attitude guarantees well find a new place.

Got my first and second COVID test here. The ladies that swabs on the weekend are pretty brutal. The lady who swabbed me today was super dope and gentle. I loved her! AFC was super quick with notifying me of my results as soon as they were available. Hopefully it’ll be the same this time.

I was given respect. I was promptly treated. The staff was very helpful. The diagnosis was accurate. Ive been to this place three times, and they do a great job every time.

Both myself and my 8 month old daughter came over the weekend at different times. The staff was friendly and competent. We were seen very quickly and treated with care. I recommend it and will be using them again if needed.

We saw the NP on duty for my daughters ingrown toenails. He was great, attentive, and down home with his cowboy boots on! Thorough, timely, and genuinely concerned. We are now ready for this weeks volleyball game. This place is organized and well ran from my experience. Well be back again

Clearly the service and the nurse practitioner deserves an award for the COVID test. My dad was nervous because there have been countless of videos where nurses do the nose test, and the reactions: watery eyes, sneezing, ticklish, because you feel it’s touching your brain. The nurse practitioner that executed the test on my dad, was so gentle he didn’t even have a reaction. The test was fast and gentle, it didn’t even make my dad nasally nor ticklish. The attendance is exceptional. If you need a COVID test please go to this place because they have an attentive service, quick, gentle, and really good.

This is my second time going and I couldnt be more pleased! Friendly, knowledgeable staff acknowledged and addressed my concerns completely and quickly, the whole process took about 30 minutes! I can also now say this is consistent because my visits have been years apart. Love these guys!

The staff here is unbelievable rude and unprofessional. Ive had 2 appts, and left both times. Waited over 45 minutes past my appt time for a covid test. When I asked why the wait was so long with no one there I was very rudely told I could have waited at home. However the text clearly said to arrive 5 min early, which I did. Watched the girl very slowly come out to 2 cars during that time. She didnt even have gloves on while testing. Decided I wouldnt trust the results anyway and left after 45 min.

I took my girlfriend to AFC Urgent care after she stepped on a nail Sunday morning. She was seen quickly, and the nurses were very kind in helping her. The doctor was very caring and knowledgeable in discussing treatment options. Treatment was very quick, only about an hour. I would definitely go here again if in the area needing urgent care.

Awesome service today! Went to help a friend with flood damage and got cut pretty deep. Went there and they quickly assisted the injury to make sure it could be stitched. Gave them my info got stitched up, a tetanus shot and was back helping again in under an hour. They were operating with only 3 people, phone and internet issues due to flooding in the area. You never would have known by their fast and friendly service. Will go back if need arises and recommended others do the same.

We took m son there for a physical for band participation. They were fast, very good and knowledgeable. They noticed one thing about his back we had never seen before and we can have it checked out in the future. Great caring people and a really good doctor. They also treated my oldest son for some 20 stiches to his thumb and forefinger in the past 6 months and did a great job then as well. You can trust these people.

My son’s school called worried that he had a UTI. His pediatrician does not test for that and told us to go to ER. AFC was close by so I called and they allowed me to bring in some urine that they tested in office and saw us via televisit. When it was clear, it was sent for culture and we had the results by that evening. Saved us hours of waiting, exposure to other illnesses in the area, and hundreds of dollars and were extremely helpful.

Made an appt for this location online. The Dr and his staff were very kind and caring. I was seen before my appt. Walked in having been in horrible pain for multiple days and was given the medicine I needed to be significantly better an hour later. Will definitely be returning.

I went today because I either have a splinter or sliver of glass in my toe. I was told the doctor will look at it but wont dig into my toe. Then asked if I wanted to continue. Why would I pay just so the doctor can look at it. If I went to the ER they would laugh. If this place cant help with my little problem, I wouldnt trust them with something urgent.

The nicest group of nurses and doctors work here! Very quick and very easy to be seen. The care and time they give each patient is wonderful.

I had a good experienced. I took my son in was seen promptly and the doctor/ practitioner took his time with the visit. He addressed all my questions clearly and very helpful . I would go here again if we have to.

The Nurse Practitioner, Kelly, was amazing!!! Her approach to discuss my daughter’s plan of care was very thoughtful and supportive. We definitely appreciate knowing that we have a reliable choice when there is an emergency if we can’t get to our PCP.

This urgent care is the only urgent care I will go to. It’s definitely worth the drive over there. The staff is always super helpful and nice in any way that they can. Both of my tests with them have gone smoothly. They’re very much appreciated for that. 100% recommend this urgent care!
