We love Dr. Zarek and the whole team at Arbor Fertility! Let’s be honest, infertility is basically one of the worst, most heavy experiences that someone can walk through. Yet everyone keeps everything so light at appointments that I forget the suck of the situation for a bit, which I appreciate. But it is still obvious that they are all just as invested in the wins and losses as we are. You wont be just a number or a patient here.Our infertility journey has definitely had its share of ups and downs - unsuccessful cycles, IVF in the middle of a pandemic, and a fresh transfer that gave us our first little miracle in 2021 and 8 embryos on ice! Our second go around has not been without challenges and “not yets” either, but we are always completely confident in Dr. Zarek’s judgment and recommendations for next steps. I also appreciate the care that she has for the mental/emotional side. She has always checked in on me after negative results, and has been very supportive and concerned about my mental health after our recent loss.HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Zarek cares about her patients as people. She really wants to see her patients be successful and happy and will not stop until she has done everything possible. She is empathetic, caring, and kind; she does not forget who you are. Through conversation, specific details are mentioned and she never forgets those. She has checked up on us even though we are no longer currently with her clinic.Dr. Zarek is an amazing doctor. The first time we met over zoom, she was attentive and started to build the relationship quickly. When meeting her in person for the first time, she was kind and provided us with all of our options. She really took the time to talk with us and address all of our concerns and questions. Not once during a visit were we rushed or hurried along.Leading up to and during the first retrieval, my anxiety was at an all time high. She was patient with me and changed the staff the morning of because of an unwelcoming experience with one of the staff members. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and followed up after the surgery. During the second retrieval, the anxiety was less but still, she came and checked on me before and after the surgery. She was there when I fell asleep and when I woke up, making sure I was okay. During the third retrieval, my anxiety was significantly less but she did not change her behavior. She checked on me and make sure I was okay every step of the way. The fourth retrieval much significantly close to the first retrieval with my anxiety. Before the retrieval, I had to have a serious conversation with her about another situation and she was extremely accepting and nonjudgmental about it. I was still extremely anxious and she was with me every step of the way. She was with me when I fell asleep and then again when I woke up. During every retrieval experience, she explained the process fully so that I could understand what was going on. She checked in with me the day of the retrieval later in the day to see how I was doing as well as the next morning.During the transfers, she explained the entire process as well as giving us all of the information about what to expect. When the first and second transfers failed, she showed empathy and was kind with our feelings. She always delivered the information politely and gently. She explained next steps and never left us guessing. I could not imagine a better doctor.Throughout the time we were trying to get pregnant, Dr. Zarek never stopped trying to help us. She was willing to talk through various protocols and run any test she could in order to help. She always explained the purpose and results. The entire time, she was still brainstorming and researching new ways to help us.Marnee is a wonderful partner alongside Dr. Zarek. They communicate extremely well with each other as well as with patients. They were both understanding and empathetic to the situation and what was going on. During the first couple of weeks of me being pregnant, I experienced some bleeding and they switched around their schedule same day in order to fit me in the schedule to check on things. She explained everything that was going on and explained any other possible symptoms that I might experience. During the retrievals and transfers, she was very caring and understanding just like Dr. Zarek.

Dr Zarek is just wonderful not only as a practioner but also as a human. She treats you as her own and is very through and gives you a well rounded experience for your health. We used her suggestions and that helped us through celebrate this Christmas with our little bundle of joy ❤️I highly recommend her and trusting her with your health will surely give you the results you are seeking for.

We owe everything to this stunning team of people. Making my lifelong dream of becoming a mother a reality. We are beyond thankful for everyone who has a hand in the process. ❤️

Dr Zarek is very professional & helped one of my primary care patient to be a mother of beautiful baby boy this year . Televideo visits for initial evaluation & follow ups for an out of state patient was remarkable . Recommended a great OB Service in VA . I highly recommend her as Fertility Consultant who works with great team of professionals in her practice .

Dr. Zarek and her team are AMAZING! They made us feel welcome and comfortable. This was my second experience with Dr.Zarek. In 2018, with the guidance of Dr. Zarek, I had a successful IUI procedure and welcomed a baby girl in 2019. So when we decided to try again I literally scoured the internet to see where she was practicing because I knew she was who I wanted for this new journey.In the processes of finding Dr. Zarek again I did a consultation with another doctor who made me feel like there was no hope and the likelihood of a successful IUI for me was nearly impossible. Luckily I was able to Dr. Zarek shortly after that consultation and while she was transparent about the process she was also very encouraging.The bottom line… It took 1 try and I am now pregnant with my 2nd child! Dr. Zarek and her team are rockstars! I would recommend anyone going on this fertility journey, no matter the reason, to do it with Dr. Zarek. She cares about you and genuinely wants to support your fertility endeavors and her team is top notch!
