I highly recommend this office and doctor. From the start, they were very helpful. They sent me an email before the appointment with a registration form, details about the appointment, and what I should expect to pay after insurance. In office, I had a wonderful experience. I was nervous as many people are for doctor appointments, but I was welcomed and felt comfortable by everyone. They are clearly well ran, and care about the comfort of their customers. Irene Huerta is very personable, informational, and kind. I drove 30 mins out of my way for this office and I’m so glad I did. The amazing reviews are well deserved.
Dr Jukes and Irene Huerta have been the best team I have ever had in charge of my medical care. I came to them with many health problems ( some life threatening) and the determined duo they are, were going to make it right.I owe them more than anything I can give because they gave me my health and joy of life back. If you have serious health issues and struggle finding a doctor willing to do what it takes to get to the bottom of your crises this is your stop. These two leave no stone unturned and will stop at nothing to make it right again. Very very thankful. I wish I would have found this office sooner.
Out of nowhere I get a bill for non canellation of an appointment from 2014 (its 2023). I have had the same insurance & doctors for over 12 years and she is not on it, so I know I didnt schedule this. And to wait almost 10 years to send a bill is very fishy. I call, get put on hold, 5 mins later hang up and call back, and get VM saying they are closed for lunch. Guess they were just planned on making me wait.
I would absolutely not go to this practice. They run less like a business and not a medical practice. I was charged a $50 co- pay fee for asking a question during an annual wellness check. Be careful if your practitioner asks you do you have any questions? If there was a way to give a negative amount of stars, I would do it.
I had my yearly appointment today in the Bee Cave office. I also got pellets for menopause symptoms. I sat in the waiting room longer than I had with the nurse practitioner. Who does a yearly exam and pellets in less than 30 minutes? I felt rushed and of no concern to the doctor. Also, I had misunderstood some instructions from a Dec appt & was told there were 3 refills on your bottle. Maybe this is what happens when a doctor rushes thru an appt.
I was visiting the Bee Cave office yesterday to drop my young adult daughter off for her first exam. As I am an established patient and felt an UTI coming on I asked if they could do a urine test - I felt urgency in that matter for me. After waiting 15 min so that the NP could be asked I was told I would have to schedule an appointment in Westlake for the next day. 50 min drive.I don’t expect everyone to know but I do from an OBGyn office to know that UTIs can come on fast and furiously. And so it happened. In America, 21st century, I can not get help when I need for a problem that could be so easily fixed with a urine test and medication. Needless to say that I, including my two daughters, will need to find a new doctor/NP who actually cares.
Ive been going to Dr. Jukes for over a decade. She is incredible at her job and her attentiveness to her patients. Recently an aesthetician, Aubrey, has joined her practice. I decided to do a few cosmetic treatments with Aubrey as I trust Dr. Jukes high standards. I was not disappointed. Aubrey was great, knowledgable, well trained and produced great results. Ill be back to visit them both!
It appears Dr. Jukes has a service that removes reviews. Beware.
I love my Dr. She is great at her job. A all around good person in all she does. Recommend her to any woman.
Have been coming to this practice for two years and have never met the M.D. Medical staff is always in a rush. Rushes through my questions and rushes through procedures. Will be looking for another provider.
Terrible experience- go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. high turnover, terrible customer service, billing department is a mess and they will try to charge you for something a year later.
