Amazing end to end patient experience. Amanda at the front desk is so responsive and sweet; all of the staff from the nurses to the financial coordinator have been a pleasure to work with, steadily and promptly answering questions and ensuring a smooth process given how difficult infertility already is. Dr Chang is so endearing and compassionate, spending quality time to understand her patients’ unique needs and medical history to work with them on a unique and tailored protocol. The CCRM austin team is a dream team! I highly recommend for a truly incredible patient experience, as I’ve been a patient of 4 fertility centers this far, and CCRM is the best. Additionally, innovative and high tech tools, systems, labs, and protocol techniques to ensure the best possible outcomes for their patients and their fertility chances.

My OB recommended me to go here and I am so happy that I did. I was very hesitant at first, but throughout the progress the entire staff has been very supportive. When you walk in, everyone knows you by name which is such a nice and refreshing touch and Dr. Chang has really good bedside manner. She takes her time to explain things, is very accommodating and tries to find solutions to any concerns me and my spouse have had so far. It is not an easy process, mentally or physically but they truly do try to make it as streamlined as possible. Would recommend this facility to anyone looking!

So grateful for this incredible clinic. My Husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost a year. But after doing some testing and realizing our dream to conceive naturally was unlikely, we decided to look into fertility treatment. After our consultation with Dr.Chang we knew we found the doctor we were looking for as she is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. After the initial testing the best route for us was IVF instead of other options like IUI. During my entire treatment, Dr. Chang always made me feel comfortable and eased my anxiety with clear and knowledgeable answers whenever I had questions. I’m so eternally grateful for this amazing clinic and everyone that works there including Amanda (front staff), Berkley (nurse), Shayla(nurse assistant) Shanna and Jeremy (surgical nurse). Y’all made me and my husband’s dream a reality. Today I graduated from the fertility clinic at 7weeks pregnant. As much as it’s a bitter sweet moment I will miss this group so much.

Dr. Chang was great. I came in for a second opinion after doing a full IVF cycle and freezing embryos with a different clinic in austin. My goal was to get a second set of eyes on my case because CCRM is known nationwide for being so technologically advanced. In my appointment we got right down to business. I had sent all of my medical records in advance of my appointment which I highly recommend doing. My big takeaway was that CCRM relies on newer science for attributes such as embryo grading, genetic testing, and sperm prep. If I end up needing to do another cycle, I will most likely choose CCRM. My physician at the other clinic is GREAT… but as many people have told me “it really comes down to the lab”. CCRM wasn’t in Austin when I began this process. Now that they’re here, I think it’s important that any person considering IVF take the initiative to learn what makes them different and why people travel from all over the world to be treated at their clinic location in Denver.

Can’t recommend Dr. Chang enough! She really listens to your concerns and is patient and kind. I truly feel like she cares about her patients and wants them to succeed and have the best outcome. Her bedside manner is amazing and her clinic is super calming and state of the art. Super impressed with CCRM Fertility of Austin!
